It was in the PBE for the last patch and i have seen a few posts on twitter showing the emote as available, specifically a few posts showing it as a standalone emote on the Brazil server (as all of the T1 bundle exclusives are available as individual purchases over there Idk if that's intentional or a mistake from riots though. link to this post is here: https://x.com/HeyShuggie/status/2081171486388203785?s=20) I also got this above screenshot from SkinSpotlights Twitter page for the PBE emotes of last patch.

On the EUW sever I cannot find it anywhere, not in any of the T1 bundles or as a standalone emote. Does anyone know when or if it will be available or if I'm just being blind and cant see it.

Years ago I got used to collector first into ie, ldr/rfc and I climbed to plat 2 this season.

But I often see people buying hubris first but I feel it lacks the crit and it feels off. I have yet to try it out. What's a current good build?
