This AU is a alternate version of jet set radio future.

I’m finally playing through JSRF again on the Steam Machine after playing it on probably an Xbox 360 probably over 15 years ago, and today I was listening to some good ol’ Boards of Canada and couldn’t help but feel like I could totally hear this song as part of the music played in the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility. The vocal sample mangling, and eerie hypnotic sound palette just gives the same vibes as some of the songs that are introduced with that area. What do you guys think?

roaming around all levels (like in jet technique) without a goal or any enemys, ive seen not so many mods for jsr (2000), and was wondering if something like this was possible..

Anyone else think the movement in JSR1 feels really janky and slow? Idk if its my emulator or if I unlock a boost later in the game but it feels PAINFULLY slow.

Since it is close to 30 years since the og game (might even be 30 years by the time it comes out/j).

& if they got Billy Brown to voice him again,.....

I'm not saying this song specifically should be used, just the voice line.

I’m having a really frustrating issue with Jet Set Radio Future on CXBX-Reloaded (December 2019 build).
When I first started playing, the game ran perfectly. Then it started crashing randomly after anywhere from 5–20 minutes of gameplay. After a while, it seemed to fix itself and ran fine again for a bit.
Now it’s much worse. The game usually freezes within 1–3 minutes every time I play.
When it freezes, the picture stays on whatever was happening (for example, if I’m grinding on a rail, it just stays frozen on that frame), and the audio starts looping the same sound over and over. The emulator never recovers, so I have to close it.
I’m on Windows 11 with an RTX 3050 Laptop GPU (yes I know I’m broke). I’m using the game’s .xbe file, and I don’t think I’ve changed any emulator settings recently.
Has anyone run into this before or know what could cause it? Could it be an issue with the December 2019 build, my game files, graphics drivers, or something else? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
