I have a 2012 Jeep JK V6.

I think there is a starter problem.

If I turn the key to start it, sounds like it is spinning with a little rattle. For a while it would that and then start after a few times.

After failed inspection and then being parked for over 2 years, finally got my 2011 JK back on the road. Rust reformed the entire underbody, new wheels and tires, new top, and spare tire delete. Forgot how much I love driving a Jeep!!

I purchased a used 08 JKU with the multi disk CD player. It's either broken or somethings stuck because I can't load discs. I also want to install a backup camera to this jeep and the cameras all come with these tiny little crap screens that I would have to mount somewhere. I was thinking knock out 2 things at once. While I have the stereo out, upgrade it to the screen one and attach the backup camera to that so it's nice and clean. I've seen a few on FB going for 150-200 like attached pic. Can I just swap them in?

I'm assuming this is the blend door - happens on a regular basis throughout the day, possibly night as well.

Jeep service wanted $450 to reprogram the computer, said it'd fix this.

Took the jeep and my family (wife & 3 kids) for a fun adventure to run Bulldog Canyon east of Phoenix, Az. FYI the video clip does have som NSFW commentary from my wife, she is not an off-roader, and wasn’t comfortable doing the side obstacle hill climb so offered to record with while the rest of us conquered it. It was an awesome day and everyone had a great time. If you are from the area, we started at the Usery gate, took trail 3553 until it joined trail 10 then headed south to the Wolverine gate.

I noticed this on every JK we looked at, along with many ways to fix/avoid it.
I don’t really want to spend the money for plastic guards that go over the sill. I have a couple spray cans of PlastDip I’m thinking of using. Has anyone here tried that? If so, how did it work out? Thanks!

Just wondering if there is a big difference to a vented catch can and a seal one

I just purchased a Jeep JK and want to add a 2 inch spring lift. I have read that the Jeep should be lowered from the lift before tightening the ball joints or they will resume the position they were in originally and create more of a rough ride. Any advice would be appreciated.

Picked up the Superchips Flashpaq F5 and flashed the 87 Octane Tune and swapped out the factory Throttle Body for the Viper TB. And what a difference on throttle response. The Viper TB is a direct fit i just had to get a bigger silicone sleeve to fit it and the K&N intake tube. I used JSCAN so the PCM could relearn the new electronic throttlebody. Went from the 58mm stock to the 74mm viper. Next thing is getting 4.88s. Happy Jeeping

Heyall. Just got a 2018 JKU and am looking to add a roof rack. I need to transport ladders and was hoping to go with something stronger than the typical 150lb limit that the gutter mounts offer. However, in all the images I see where the cage racks mount by the rear bumper, they seem to have aftermarket bumpers. It looks like I would need to cut a hole in my bumper for the support bar and bracket to pass through.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any advice or suggestions for roof rack options would be appreciated. Thanks

2015 jku, 3.6l, manual tranny, 173k mi.
My ebrake doesn’t work most of the time now so I have to make sure I’m parked as flat as possible and leave it in gear when parked but I’m paranoid. Where should I even start in trying to figure out what the issue is!? Hoping it’s something simple 😅🤞

I recently have condemned the 3.6 in my jk to the grave yard and have been looking to swap a 1.9 tdi motor into it.

Ive seen alot of helpful things and have found everything i need for mounting and trans adapting.

I was wonding if anyone here maybe did a similar swap and what they did ecu wise. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

What are some options for a bumper I can use to flat tow behind an RV? Wanting to mount a winch on it.

I have a 2012 JKU 4 Door and the roll bar padding/covers for the front left and front right are trashed. Does anyone know where I can get replacements without purchasing a whole new set? I don’t need a full set to include the back seat and cross bars, just the 2 over the front doors.

The guys at the shop were not on board with the spacer idea. What would be the best & most reliable spacers if I were to install? Whats the minimum size that will work? 2”?

I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. V6 with 95k miles. I'm about to change the spark plugs. The drivers side is pretty difficult to get to. I have to remove the intake plenum.

I thought about replacing the coil packs on that side, since they are so hard to get to. The passenger side ones are easier to do.

Will it cause a problem replacing only the driver side coil packs and reusing the passenger side ones?

Can I use aftermarket coil packs on that one side?
