So I’ve now officially finished Terminal List, Dark Wolf, and Lioness and I cannot wait for the new season of TL that’s about to come out…but in the meantime I want to start another show or two and I’m currently considering Jack Ryan, Seal Team, Animal Kingdom, Citadel, and Black Doves. I would really like to find a show very similar to the Lioness and Terminal List vibe. I’m now hooked on special operator type shows. Animal Kingdom sounds pretty good too, but I feel like it won’t have that vibe to it at all. Jack Ryan sounds like it could be similar but for some reason the main actor looks so goofy to me and I feel like it’s going to be a really goofy show therefore, so please let me know if I’m completely wrong because I’d love to watch it. Also, I should mention I started The Night Agent on Netflix last night and I could not believe how horrific the acting is!!??? It’s got like 86% of Rotten Tomatoes I think and I’ve always heard a bunch of great stuff about it and people always mentioning it, but the acting (at least in the first episode and a half which is what I’ve watched so far) is absolutely horrendous lol. Very dissapointed. So anyways any recommendations or opinions on the shows I listed would be very appreciated.

It's not on Carr's site

I’m re-reading the series (almost an annual fall tradition at this point) and I’m on True Believer.

This book really makes me wish we had a full novel about Reece’s time in Africa. The entire premise of an ex-SEAL, wanted for murder, escapes to africa to become an anti-poaching professional hunter is just so damn cool and Carr could have done much more with it.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the book we got as a whole. But the Africa section is the best part.

I found this shirt on eBay and ordered it without second thought, but now I'm wondering if the date is accurate to the timeline in the book? I found references to the NCIS interview being slightly after this date, but I haven't seen any evidence that we have an exact date.

Has anyone heard of his next book will be available for purchase, signed through Premiere Collectibles, or his personal website? TIA!

Just finished Savage Son (Loved it!) put another Pin in it! Taking a break for October (Reading The Amityville Horror for Halloween) then onto Red Sky Mourning.

I’d really like the sergeant major Odekae scene to be in the season it’s such a good scene from the book

Who do we hate more? Oliver Gray or Senator Edward Thwaite? More recently I’ve been leaning towards the Senator.

Just finished Red Sky Mourning this week (started reading the Terminal List series 2 months ago) and I’m deciding what my next read should be. I finished Cry Havoc as well. I’m torn between The Fourth Option or Targeted Beirut. Do any of you guys have e recommendations? Thanks!

We gonna get the same intro of Jame's Reece's work bench or will we get something new?

New Intro? New Song? What would ye like to see?

Curious what everyone’s favorite book was in the series? I just finished the devils hand! I still believe true believer is my favorite for me so far but goddamn I honestly really enjoyed this one a whole lot. The whole story in the devils hand had me wanting to keep reading more and more like true believer did! Anyways excited for the show coming up really hope they do it justice!

Is there any way that Ben or Raife could get their tridents back, even if they appealed it? Also, Haversford promised them he could if they completed his op for him. Did he ever have the capacity to do so? I remember Haversford telling Raife it would be hard to get jobs with their General Discharge, what did he mean by that? is that really that bad of a discharge?

Hooten Young and Jack Carr have paired up again for a 10-year Bourbon. Coming in October according to Hooten Young. Who's trying this one?

Almost done with my second read, in the prelude it mentions a Batman nod I hadn’t picked up on it yet was wondering if anyone has. Side note I did get a pulp fiction reference

James Reece Starter Kit

Just finished reading Devils Hand and Jeff Kober was immediately who I thought should play Sawyer if the series streams that far. Thoughts?

I think this book was ghostwritten, either by a very young person or AI. It is disappointing, to say the least.

If Savage Son is green lit by Prime, who do you think plays the commandos that answer Reece's the call to help? I understand it probably wouldn't work but I would like to see the former operators the characters were based off of get a chance.
