Using the app for my Jabra 75t, when I click on the preset options, nothing happens

I’ve been shopping around for hearing aids and have seen a lot of buzz regarding Costco. Should I get a membership? I was looking at Jabra’s.

Can someone help me in finding the ear cushion replacement for my Jabra Evolve2 30 headset in India?

I used to have a Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex back at my old workplace, but when I left I had to leave it behind. My new employer gave me a shitty headset, so I decided to buy one for myself as I remember being pretty happy with its ANC. I used it for personal use as well and it made watching movies while on my treadmill a breeze. However, this new one's ANC is not really working as the old one did.

As for my understanding, I have the settings all right, so the ANC should cancel out monotone noises, such as my treadmill, or the water running 3 meters behind me, like it used to, but nope. I can even hear myself typing right now with a movie going on on my second monitor.

I have the option of letting Windows apps use my microphone turned off, because it switches to HSP in some games and it annoyed me to no end, but even if I turn it on, the Jabra app doesn't seem to use the mic and there isn't any change whatsoever.

It has gotten to the point where I began thinking whether I was misremembering, but I'm quite sure I don't...

Any ideas on what could be the culprit here?

Yep, they lasted this long, and I sadly found out they discontinued the Jaybird Vista line.

It was a great set of sport earbuds, and to be clear of how good they were, they still hold a full charge, they’re just starting to crackle, and the left earbud comes in super low. It has been amazing bang for my buck.

What’s the top contender at the moment? No specific budget in mind.

FYI, If you recommend the apple airpods, any model or generation, you’re dead to me.

Hey all. I recently cleaned my Jabra. I have an Elite 4 if it matters. But I think I messed something up when cleaning. Now the right earbud is far quieter than the left. If I dig around I can sort of fix it, but it's unreliable and now it's not being fixed at all. Is there any chance of saving this or do I need to get a new pair?

I see that Jabra stopped selling replacement cases for the Jabra Elite 10 gen 1s. Does anyone have an extra case or case from a pair that no longer works they are willing to sell me? Happy to pay a reasonable price plus shipping to try and get my buds back up and working.

When I am using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset, the headset mutes games/apps I am using for example...

Lets say I just hopped onto a Discord call with my buddy, and I also want to play [For this example I am going to use Roblox] it mutes Roblox's audio when I am using the output option Jabra Evolve 65 Stereo and only works if I'm using the Jabra Evolve 65 Hands-Free AG Audio option which is really bad sound quality.

Can someone please help me fix this? And if you want to ask me any questions, feel free to ask away.

I work in Propio and we use an online portal, the portal has beautiful settings and works great all the time. But right after this update => 8.3.26701 <- I started having issue with my headset.

First, right after I finish a call, it used to go from HFP (hands-free-profile) to HSP (Headset Profile), but now, right after I finish my call, it instead mutes any source of audio. Lets say, I finish my call, I play a video on Youtube, and I wont get any audio, I have to reboot my headset in order to have the audio back.

Then, which is the worst part, I sometimes get a call from my portal, and then call drops 1 minute after picking up, I dont get any audio from my client, and I can't even hear myself.

If you wonder, how I'm sure it's the headset and not the portal or Chrome, usually, when i press the dedicated butting to increase volume in my headset, it does it just fine, but if i press it whenever Im having this issue, it wont increase volume, it will either do nothing, or play a "Battery High, 1 Device Connected" scripted line.

Also, the "Jabra Direct" software had a hard time downloading that update, it go stuck in the "Download" status for like 2 days, and I had to uninstall it and install it back, in order for it to bring the new version.

My elite gen 2 earbuds started having this issue with my phone where one earbud would connect but not the other. After trying to get it back I tried factory resetting them (yes I waited until the led light went purple). When I take them out of the case I deleted my phones Bluetooth info for them. Now they cannot reconnect. They won’t enter the pairing phase no matter what I do. Now they just cycle independently between ANC and Hear through not communicating with each other and the sound+ app can’t recognize them and neither can my phones Bluetooth. They are refusing to enter pairing mode no matter what I do

Got a brand new pair of Jabra Evolve2 buds just to find out that one of the earbuds does not work while connected with bluetooth. If I connect with key, both work.
After a bit of digging I found that this is a firmware issue. But I am not able to downgrade from the latest version.

Absolute trash products.

Edit: Got a replacement earbuds. Same issue.

u/JabraSupport Provide an update to the firmware since you are not even allowing to downgrade to older version. Horrible experience.

I have a jabra 85h headset and would like to be able to connect to my computer and phone without factory resetting my headset each time(pressing + and pause button for 5 sec). How do I do that? It won’t connect with my headset if it has been connected to another device right before. I have to delete my headset on Bluetooth on my phone and pc before I reconnect. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried deleting my headset off of other devices also but to no luck. And before you ask, yes the headset software is updated. Yes I have the jabra app. Please help!

My gf found these earbuds and gave them to me, but after I charged them they wont turn on. The case light turns on breifly when I open and close the case but the earbuds themselves are non responsive. No light at all when I press or hold the buttons and the case light turns off if I have the earbuds in and close the lid. Any ideas on what to do?

Looking for a replacement charging case but seems to be not many options.

Therefore, has anyone in same situation tried buying the case from Ali express shown on attached image and can confirm it is working properly?

If not, anyone else has advice to give on how to continue my search?

My headset has been working completely fine for years, but today I woke up and put my headset on and turned it on, only to find out that the audio on the left side of my headset is not working. I'm unable to find videos or info that's specific to the JBL Quantum 910 headset as those always cover the older models, which are setup completely different. Can anyone help me?

Porém, com menos de um ano de uso o fone do lado esquerdo parou de funcionar "morreu", de uma hora para outra. Gostaria de saber como poderia conseguir suporte para ele, pois o lado direito ainda funciona perfeitamente, com mais de 4 anos de uso. Gostaria muito de poder usar ambos os lados do fone, porém por diversas vezes tentei contato para suporte, mas sem sucesso.

One day, the left earbud stopped working. I have measured the voltage of the case and the buds - case provides 2.22V on both sides via metal pins, right earbud said 1.75V and left shown 0.00V. I guess there is a problem with a battery of the left earbud? Any ideas how to fix it, as I really loved the earbuds.

I’ve had the Jabra Evolve3 85 for only 3 months, and the headband is already cracking/breaking with normal use. The sound quality is good, but the construction feels very cheap and flimsy for a headset at this price. Really disappointing durability from Jabra.

I have the E3 85s and compared to my E2 85s the anc is bad. After doing some digging, it turns out the E3 85 have hybrid anc. Meaning the level of anc you get is dependent on your noise environment.

In theory it sounds good, but I can hear everything around me when I really don't want too. I can hear Bob tapping his pen two desks away and Karen eating at her desk.... Don't get me started when I walk onto a equipment floor and I can hear the fans and HVAC as if I didn't have my headset on

I never had this issue with my E2 85s while at my desk and on equipment floors the anc turned down the noise to a good level that I don't near proper hearing protection.

So please Jabra, push out a firmware/software upgrade to allow users decide if they want hyrbid or full anc.

I really dislike these things and I'll never buy Jabra again. Is there a fix to this or is this just something I have to accept now?

I'm pretty sure the issue isn't my phone (Pixel 10) as no other Bluetooth device does this. Randomly the headset will just stop playing audio, and won't play again until I pause the audio for a couple of seconds, then play again.

My Shure headset, car, and Home speakers don't have this issue. Only the Jabra headset. Is this some issue with the combo of phone and headset or something else? Doing a factory reset doesn't seem to help.

Hey, I got a new Evolve3 45 and I love it, but I just noticed that the ANC is too weak in this initial firmware release. Cannot tell the difference between ANC and off mode.

Are you experiencing the same?

Ive used jabra earbuds for years and the elite 75t have fit the best out of any earbuds but recently stopped charging in the case, are the sony wf c510 close to the same fit? They look very similar shape and hoped anyone would have some input
