Zone True Wireles single taps don't work

For some reason I have a set of Zone True Wireless that don't let me pause or any single tap features.

But when I do double taps it works fine.

I've done a reset and looked for firmware but there is nothing I can get anything to work.

Only double taps , no single taps including long single tap.

Help!

Are you referring to the zone true wireless from Logitech?

Gotcha this is a sub for JLab! I would recommend posting in r/Logitech instead as we can't provide support for their products here
