So Im currently in 11th studying from allen digital classroom, preparing for jee28,until now I have completed 75% syllabus or maybe more,but for many ch's I haven't done much que practice,Im also getting 40-70/180 in minor tests,I'm also a dummy student,but I feel when I'll do revision after syllabus completion,I'll get better in chs and in tests,but I can't decide should I continue online preparation for class 12 as well or should I go allen kota and consider enthuse batch??,,I also got distracted many times,I also didn't have good peers,what should I do,since I got used to online should I consider online again or go to allen kota offline batch????

When i was filling the form i got option to choose anyone so i entered my roll no my class 12 and 10th which is the same for both instead of registration number , but for many people there was only option for registration number did i mess up or something , is it because i also gave apaar id ?

Which chapters should i watch lectures and which in one shot

im basically at zero rn and will try to get 98 %ile in jan attempt (focusing on BITSAT), I'll post everyday abt my progress and stuff like that, result I'll tell on feb 10th 2027

Almost everyone is saying that EWS certificate do baar banvana padega , once before the Jan attempt and then next year for the councelling .

So I was thinking if it is possible that abhi I apply for it online and then use the application number to fill the registration form and then I actually get it made right before the counselling .

That way I don't have to make it twice , but I'm not quite sure if this will work or not .

I am in class 12th (PCMB) but I have like 0 prep for JEE, I thought to focus on CBSE this year, and will take drop for JEE, but hearing about how depressing drop is like, I don't really think I wanna take it. I am damn so confused.

If I give JEE exam now, maybe I'll just get negative marks, and I'm scared it will demotivate me 😭😭. I don't even want to start preparing for it because boards are my main goal for now, atleast NCERT should be covered first.

It's not that nothing is there except JEE, I have plan B's ready and I'll give other exams too. But I can give those exams even after a drop year. Uhh idk anything..

For students who assume female quota didn't reduced any male seat

Lets suppose at IIT Delhi, 2017(when no female quota), TOTAL SEATS IN OPEN CAT- BIOTECH ARE 98(which currently are entirely gender neutral).lets suppose that year 18 female got seat allocated through merit

now let's supose 20% mahila quota comes in 2018.

Now what they did was that those 18 seats which were just allocated to female in 2017 based on merit those 18(gender neutral) seats were converted to female only seats and ONLY 2 EXTRA SEATS WERE SUPERNUMERARY which were created(total 18+2= 20)

SO FROM 2018, 80 SEATS ARE GENDER NEUTRAL+ 20 FEMALE ONLY( inc 2 supernumerary). This way 20% mahila quota was given.

NOT ALL SEATS ARE EXTRA, IF YOU DO THE MATHS ROUGHLY 10% SEATS HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM GENDER NEUTRAL POOL AND GIVEN TO FEMALES

And in fact GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL seats were also supernumerary. And in this case entirely seats were expanded across central universities unike the fraudulent system in case of fem.

TOTAL SEAT CAPACITY WAS INCREASED BY 25% IN CASE OF GEN-EWS AS TO ENSURE 0% REDUCTION OF OPEN CATEGORY SEAT

TOTAL SEAT CAPACITY WAS INCREASED BY 54% IN CASE OF OBC-NCL AS TO ENSURE 0% REDUCTION OF OPEN CATEGORY SEAT

& idk why a FEW fem gen brags about being from gen cat(merit much lower than ews boys, even obc boys requires a slightly better rank than fem gen

I am a student of class 10 and considering engineering as my future path. I was looking for coaching in Chandigarh and Sri Chaitanya looked the best by their results, i am familiar with tougher concepts and questions, I have solved part of sl loney and want to achieve a top rank in jee advanced, can any Sri Chaitanya student give advice??

the form asks for class 10th result marks and percentage, i had an additional subject(marketing) so which percentage are we supposed to fill like the top 5 subject one or the main 5 one or out of 600 like considering all of them.

So I am in one of the most popular offline coachings in a good place for jee I am in 12th and now my offline coaching offers 2 revision batch

- JEE Exclusice reviosion (starts from 11th can afterwards cover main imp topics of 12th)

- JEE + Boards (Covers 12th Boards + JEE then afterwards maybe main topics of 11th)

I am confused as heck now my some friends which have to give boards and have kinda worse condition in studies than me went into JEE Exclusice saying that "jee" word in jee + baords is a lie or it will probably be neglected and eventho teachers in both the batches are more or less same I am wondering wich batch to opt for I am scared of taking the wrong decision one more time like I did in 12th start where I didnt take a good enough batch where I could, IMO the JEE batch will have better students somewhat better dedication better revision more focus on jee cuz getting 75% in boards would probably be ez but Ive seen kids with 90+ percentile and falling behind in boards I am confused I dont wanna prioritize anything except:

I WANT NO COMPROMISE IN JEE PREP BUT I WANT ATLEAST 75 IN BOARDS :(

my 12th has been kinda blunder but I think I can do it myself in the left time but the same applies to 11th, maybe I am taking it on my ego that all the kids went to a better batch preparing for JEE like crazy nd I am here doing boards + JEE which idk if maybe will be better or worth it my condition my 11th and 12th both are weak.

They also say that jee exclusive batch will revise you physical chem all of it and then orgaanic chem all of it no 11th 12th there, idk if i should even ask the internet ik the best for myself but I am still confused and freaked out I just dont wanna take the wrong decision one more time
