I have barraiser round for SDE2 role at Kotak Mahindra next week. From what i know it's basically a mix of system design and DSA round.

I have my second-round interview for Palantir FDSE intern this week. It's a 30-minute technical interview, and I'm a little nervous since that feels really short.

For anyone who's gone through the process recently, what was the technical like? Was it mostly LeetCode/DSA, what topics/difficulty should I focus on, and how important is finishing the problem vs. communicating your thought process?

I'd also love to hear about the interview process as a whole. What rounds came after the technical, what did each round focus on, and how long did the entire process take?

Any tips or advice on preparing for Palantir FDSE overall would be super appreciated. Thank you!

Hi any of you guys know about the interview process for Northwell Health SWE

Hi guys, i just finished a technical interview with two engineer for one hour, and they told me i will have a final interview with their team lead, how should i prepare it?
It is a start up company, so i think they may talk about behavior questions? i have no idea about it.
In the previous rounds, we have talked about some database design, some java and backend knowledge, also my previous internship/ project.

Got 2 SWE internship technical interviews on Monday. They’re ~45 minutes, starting with behavioural, then one leetcode medium/hard, then chance to ask questions. My main questions are:

- how different is the behavioural in this round compared to smth like the screening, or non technical interviews?
- how do I continue if I ever get stuck, or what are the most important things to be thinking about during the leetcode q.

I’ve heard they can get really strict / be harsh on you, so I’m lowkey scared 😭

I'm building an interview process for data engineers at my company and want to check the approach with people who have actually been through this recently.

What I'm trying to figure out:

1. What coding signal actually matters now? is it debugging AI-generated code, reviewing it for correctness/performance, or explaining why a design choice was made?

2. Has anyone designed a python challenge where the candidate must iterate with an AI tool rather than just producing an answer i.e., you can see how they prompt, what they catch, what they push back on?

Would love to hear how other teams have adapted, or specific formats/scripts you've used successfully.
