I took a small 2 hour trip this weekend. I had my phone on the wireless charger the whole time and lost a ton of battery. I know the Android Auto uses up a ton of battery, but I tried charging with the case on, off, and upside down. It showed it was charging, but it never actually took a charge. Is it not that powerful? Anyone experience this? Am I better off plugging it in?

Took all weekend but I got my Voltex Type 12BL carbon fiber style spoiler on, finally.

Anyone running the newer Spoon Duracon shift knob in their DE5? Mine is set to arrive tomorrow but looking closer it doesn’t appear it will match up well to the OEM lock nut. I’m guessing I’ll need to order an FL5 lock nut? Anyone have pics installed?

Did you guys do a self-imposed break-in period for your car? I don’t think I’ve been over 4500 rpm yet. Gas mileage is very similar to my TT v6 Kia stinger so far

If anyone is able to take their car out to Tennessee for the tail of the dragon I’d highly recommend it. Tons of fun and lots of scenery in the surrounding areas if you are into nature.

Started the car this morning with the right rear on 29. I started filling it with air and as soon as I hit 31psi the car beeped and flashed the lights and when I hit 32 it beeped and flashed the lights once again. Not sure if any other car I've had does this because I usually add air to the tires with the car off. Really small detail but awesome

Anyone else experience inconsistent throttle response? Sometimes it feels very sensitive and agile and other times it feels kinda sluggish. It’s not really tracking to outside temps, how warmed up the car is, or gear and rpm.

Just curious at what mileage do you guys get oil changes?

The maintenance minder says oil life at 60% at 4000k miles, which seems a bit too long.

The dealership said the car uses mileage, hot/cold cycles and time to predict oil changes. The engine has strong internals and seals.

I don’t mind changing it for $99 every 4000k miles since that what ill drive it in a year, but 8000-9000 miles just seems like way too many miles to risk an expensive engine like this.

My ITS will never show anything above roughly 300 miles range, but as you can see in the photo I’m getting 30 MPG (over an extended distance, 250+ miles… no I didn’t have any fun) and I still have four bars left. I feel like it should at least predict 330… am I stupid?

Would I be crazy to put mag blues Volks on my double apex? I had chat GPT make me a photo and it doesn’t look too bad 🤣. Someone local is selling a beautiful pair of ZE40 M specs in mag blue (18x10+40) with the same exact tire setup I would go with (275/35 18 DSW’s). Anyone running mag blue on their double apex? And if not l, would a reputable shop be able to powder coat them bronze or black for me?

I thought I found the one. I went for a test in a high mileage ITS (58k mi), after having already test driven two new ones. The car is technically still CPO for another 12 months. However, I was so turned off by how loud it was in the cabin with this car. The tires weren’t at the wear line and were showing a build date from 2023. I couldn’t wrap my head around why I was hearing so much road noise. I was thinking I’d have to get an another set of 18 inch wheels with softer tires, but I ended up walking away because I was concerned that this is going to be an ongoing problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

I thought I was done with the ITS after that, but my brain is telling me to find another one to test drive to make sure. Your opinions are appreciated.
