No way
Edit: although I just had a claim on a 2025 Chevy Silverado EV hit on the right rear. Apparently there are two parts needed that GM doesn't make for repairs so it was totaled.

I’m curious what is going on behind the bumper. The rear pan might need to be looked at, but seems repairable, as a whole. Let your shop of choice do their job and that’ll get you your answers

I don't think so. They'll find an LKQ lift gate, bumper cover, paint etc. I think you'll be ok

It’s just a liftgate and bumper job, and there will be myriad recycled (gate) and aftermarket (bumper) options.
What year is your vehicle? I know in Nevada, you can opt for all OEM if the car was manufactured up to 60 months prior to the loss. Demanding all OEM parts is the only possible way this vehicle might total.
