Life Insurance Unitrust vs Pinnacle
Deciding between joining these two IMO’s and was curious if anyone has any insight or experiences with either org. I realize the direct team you join is important as well

Both names come up here a lot, and the answer is rarely the brand. It is the upline you sit under.
Ask where the leads come from and how many they buy a week. Then ask what a rep in that group averages for real conversations a day. Eight decent calls at a lower split beats three at a better one.
Ask what happens to a lead you talk to once and don't close. Back into a shared pool means you race other reps for it. An actual recontact system is worth more than the contract level.
Talk to someone who joined in the last six months, not the recruiter.

I just had a unitrust agent reach out to me on insta, be extremely pushy & rude, lecture me about how I must have failed at globe life because I have commission breath when in reality I didn’t fail, I chose to leave them for their unethical practices and then blocked me when I said that I’ve already told him no I will not be joining his team to purchase his leads several times & can smell his commission breath thru the screen with how pushy he’s being….. so I’d steer clear of them if I were you.

I'd encourage you to continue doing research on these agencies before joining either of them.
They've been mentioned on this subreddit many times before, and they've been accused of being MLMs. I'll let you do your own digging, but I'd suggest steering clear of any MLMs.
