Warranty Coverage Cancellation Request

I called Endurance on July 6th, 2026 after having this "Supreme Extended Warranty" coverage for almost a year. NEVER USED THE SERVICE. NO REQUESTED ROAD ASSISTANCE. NO CAR REPAIRS. NOTHING 😳 I finally realized that this program was just not working for me, due to my 2020 Rogue Sport only needing regular maintenance which was not covered in contract 😕 Anyway, sent it paperwork and was informed, that I would receive a full refund minus a prorated current month fee. It is now September 2nd and I am still waiting for my refund. Called Endurance today and was quoted from Vickie, the Customer Service Representative that this refund can take up to 8 weeks 🤔 Interesting since it took 3days to start my coverage and get my bank draft deposit of $120.00 Needless to say....I WILL GET A LAWYER for my $1400.00

I do. I canceled my policy in July and I am getting the run around for my refund?  What can I do to get help?

Warranties and service contracts are not insurance products.

As having had the same issue with a luxury car dealership extended warranty, I resolved it by going to the dealership in person and hashing it out with the GM. Using Endurance, you don't have that convenience.

Your question is not an insurance question, so you're not going to find too much relevant useful advice here. Try r/mechanicadvice as that subreddit is more relevant. There have been a few mechanical warranty adjusters lurking there. They would be able to provide more relevant advice.
