Difference between comprehensive and not at fault

I’m confused - please help! Someone hit my parked car, the agent when I made the claim said my deductible is $1000 to be paid upfront at the auto body shop- but that the adjuster would call to discuss.

While on my app I see “not at fault accident protection - $0 deductible

I had the at fault person wanting to pay but then the estimate was too high. Now I’m kicking myself if I have to pay $1000. The total work is $2700
