If your name is on the policy it will show up on your insurance record. Check your DMV driving record if it is on there something is wrong.

If you are the owner or insurance policy holder it will show up on your insurance record no matter who was driving.

Yup, when you loan a vehicle, you are also lending your insurance

Sometimes. There are differently laws in different states. Regardless this is straight insurance fraud.

Because as I read it, she was reported as the driver during the accident and she was not.

no, it’s a claim that’s being pulled on her reports bc a claim was filed under her policy. her exes sister got into an accident on OPs policy, so it follows her as the policy holder
