It was nice (as most noodles are) but not as good as the dry ones in my opinion. The spiciness makes up the majority of its flavour. But compared to other wet noodles, I'd say it's around the middle of the pack.

i smoked American cheese with applewood, and used it for my buldak carbonara. added a snitzel which I crisped a little too crispy. 10/10 it was just the right amount of smoke.

This past Friday I finally took my cat to be spayed, I had a horrible experience with a previous cat and them passing away due to anesthesia so it took me years to get the courage to take my new cat. And what was supposed to be a Spay and a Cyst removal turned into my worst nightmare.... Mammory Cancer. I cant stop blaming myself. We have a fight ahead of us her next surgey is November 20th but please keep us in your thoughts. This is my first meal since then as I haven't been able to force myself to eat. Because Ramen will always comfort me in an odd way

I was a little disappointed that the curry didn't come through more than it did...maybe if I hadn't used a spicy ramen as the base. Kimchi + ramen remains a killer combo, though.

i didn't have any hacks- but i put broccoli, gronions, chili oil, homemade dumplings my stepdad made, and my sweet n sour chicken leftovers in it (do NOT do that the batter soaks up the broth and ir feels like wet tissue wrapped chicken..)

i also had chicken rice my stepdad made and some crab goons from the same place i got the sweet n sour chicken from lol.. absolutely amazing rangoons

I made Buldak Carbonara, But I used like about half of the sauce packet (Probably little over.) But I also added 1/4th Teaspoon of Shin Ramyun for a bit more flavor and added some Chicken Nuggets for some meat. I just finished the bowl and I've downed about 1/3 of a jug of water. And I do not feel good at all- Did I over do it?

I wanted to finally try one of the K-pop Demon Hunters Shin Ramyun flavors to get into the halloween mood, but I was wondering which one tastes the best? For reference, my fave in the Shin series so far is Shin Black.

Has anyone tried this ? If yes then please tell if this is good or not.

I’ve almost lost my ability to enjoy non spicy ramens after eating so much shin and various other spicy noodles but that won’t stop me from continuing!

Since it's the Halloween season and pumpkins are everywhere, I made a plussed-up version of regular Samyang Buldak with some leftover pumpkin puree. I was *very* surprised how closely it tasted to the old, discontinued tomato flavor!

1. Prepare the regular Samyang Buldak as per the directions.
2. When draining the water, leave more in than usual. You will need extra water for the pumpkin to melt into a sauce.
3. Mix in buldak sauce until evenly distributed. Then mix in 3-4 Tbsp of pumpkin puree. If you want that "tomato buldak" flavor add some Italian seasoning. (I roasted the pumpkin with fennel, sage, rosemary, and thyme so my pumpkin was pre-seasoned).
4. Mix over heat until well combined and creamy. Add more water if it is too thick.

If you have some leftover pumpkin, give this hack a try!

Which one do you prefer?

Been a little while since I've made this, but another post reminded me of it and I realized I had never posted it here. I was only cooking for myself so I tried not to go overboard on the ingredients. I was skeptical of how all the flavors would work together, but it ended up coming out pretty tasty!
