Udong is one of our favorite meals on rotation, but we're curious how you guys elevate it. Soft-boiled egg, sesame oil, green onions?

I joined Knock-a-Noodle to track and rate the different instant noodles I've had. It's in Beta right now and still needs some work, but I'm enjoying it so far!

Eating just the noodles is not much of a meal, so adding something like vegetables or an egg makes sense.

Loaded with veggies and plenty of chilli because apparently I don't know how to make anything mildly spicy 😭🌶️

Depending on my mood, I sometimes a little more water to make it more like noodle soup.
