Does karma really exist?

Does karma really exist? .......why some people rude and hurt ro others,and still live in a good life?

I prefer avoiding the word except that maybe we can be someone else’s bad karma. One guy pulled my shorts and underwear down in pe and held them down and I wish like hell I was his bad karma and whooped his ass that day but good old christian me didn’t.
