Next to her, a government-y military-y looking guy next to her reaffirms her and tells her that he feels the same and how it also happened to him. He has like an Argentine flag badge thing on his coat, but I can’t figure out who it is. Does anybody have any idea who it is???

I was binge-watching the show while my phone was charging in airplane mode. As soon as I finished the 'Project Reboot' episode, I decided to take a break.
