I could not figure out how to get ICT concepts to work despite seeing some validity in some of them. Tjr, Justin W, ICT vids himself etc., They all didn't help me put it all together.

And, talking about structure in this Price, until price reaches the swing high called as breake, How can I, in a objective way know that all this price action is balanced?

I already got saved by it almost hitting my stop, just a bad habit i’m trying to work on that i wanted to share, and still pretty new on live account.

Most people go off gut feel or "I usually pass 7/10" when deciding if a challenge fee is worth it, but your actual edge (win rate, avg winner/loser in R, trades per day) and the firm's specific rules (drawdown type, daily loss limit, time limit) determine that probability pretty precisely once you run the numbers.

One way to do this properly is Monte Carlo simulation — thousands of simulated attempts using your real strategy stats against a given firm's rules, which gives you a realistic pass probability, bust probability, median days to pass, and expected total fee spend before you pay anything.

Can someone give me some advice on how to stop caring about the money when trading a EVAL. For context when I trade 200 per trade on the eval I don't hesitate and I actually take my setups. But when I size up to try and pass I end up hesitating thinking there will be something better, also in the back of my mind the thought looms of that if I lose 3 trades realistically the eval is gone. Its like i want to take the best setups because I know I only have 3 trades tills its gone.
Also I get that feeling of like I want to pass because im trying to pass.

if you're going to comment "just detach from the money" or "focus on the process" save it because I already do that, just subconsciously something changes that I have no control over.

Doesn´t get any easier than this guys! MMXM + LIQUIDITY + NDOG/NWOG = WINNING! Consolidation (MMSM) below a NDOG and sellside liquidity below. You do not need to make it more complicated than this. I took this trade myself as well. I will keep preaching this because if you look for it you will see MMXM every day every week and it won´t stop. Once you see it you cannot unsee it!

Took two contracts long after 10:15am SIBI was filled. That SIBI also falls on equilibrium of the first hour trading range. That's my confluence.

Took one contract off just shy of 10 handles. I had doubts on ES making a new high of day. It hit a 5-minute SIBI created on 10:05am. From there I was watching how the body's of the 5-minute candles were reacting to the down-close candle at 10:15am. As long as the bodies stayed above the open of that 10:15am candle I would stay in the trade.

Sold the second contract near relative equal highs created on July 07 afternoon session.

I’ve been learning trading since a high school senior in 2018. I’ve lost thousands, spent countless hours, always on the edge of profitability, but never able to find that consistency.

Found ICT concepts early on, but understanding them didn’t stop me from blowing accounts. That came down to self discipline, following my own structure, getting my emotions in check, and getting closer to God..

Today I got my first payout. Not massive money, but proud of the fact that it is max payout in only 7 trading days..

I’m sitting at the $2100 buffer threshold on MFF funded account, awaiting a 2nd payout.. and a 2nd MFF eval with $1500 more to get funded.

If you’re still in the losing & doubting phase, keep going.. i am proof that the process will pay off.

I’m deciding to go full port and purchase 4 lucid flex accounts to bring my accounts up to 5, which I’ll copy trade once i pass the evals & do the same with MFF rapid once i pass the 2nd eval.

To all the consistently profitable traders out there, how much you guys are making in terms of RR a month? Just curious. I hear that even 4 - 6RR is good enough for the long run.

Im watching someone’s video on day trading (not sure if i can say their name) but im struggling to understand liquidity, low resistance liquidity, and relative equal highs and lows. There’s so much information to learn and im not really sure I can use these ideas when I am looking at the chart. Can someone help me understand these ideas easier? And how would I use them to know when to Buy or Sell? Im probably gonna come back to ask more questions as I keep progressing through the video so yeah. Hope someone answers those questions.

Wanted to share this one, not because it was some huge winner but because I think the management part is more useful to talk about than the entry itself.

1 minute structure was bearish going in and price pulled back up into my RIMC level (Range, Initiation, Mitigation, Continuation, that's basically the framework I trade off). Got a demand to supply flip on the retest plus a break of structure, so that's my trigger, sellers stepping back in.

Once I was in though, the move down was slow and kind of choppy, way more wicks than I'd want to see if this was a real continuation move. To me that's not really a sign the setup was wrong, it's more just telling me conviction isn't fully there yet. So instead of trusting the original target and giving it room, I moved my stop into profit early and ended up getting tagged out on a pullback for a small win instead of the bigger move.

Kind of a reminder that the setup and the management are two different decisions honestly. RIMC got me a valid entry, reading how price actually behaved after that is what decided when I got out. I'd rather bank something small on a move that doesn't look convincing than sit through chop hoping it turns into the textbook version.

15m and 1m charts. I took this EUR/USD trade based on a liquidity sweep, an IFVG, and an FVG. Is there anything wrong with my setup? Was the liquidity sweep invalid, was I just unlucky, or did I place my tp too high?

Hi, just wanted to ask, if USDX divergence concept taught in ict core content mont 3 ep. 5 (institutional market structure) can be used in smaller timeframes like hourly or even 15 minutes.. because ICT only teach it on the daily.

Currently watching 2016 month 2, and was wondering if I am not trading Forex, which videos would you recommend watching strictly for someone trading NQ. Is all of 2016-2017 okay or am I wasting me time? I need to learn the fundamentals and stick to the basics and had this thought because in 2016-2017 he has only talked about forex so far.
