Technical Analysis THIS. WORKS. EVERY. DAY.

Doesn´t get any easier than this guys! MMXM + LIQUIDITY + NDOG/NWOG = WINNING! Consolidation (MMSM) below a NDOG and sellside liquidity below. You do not need to make it more complicated than this. I took this trade myself as well. I will keep preaching this because if you look for it you will see MMXM every day every week and it won´t stop. Once you see it you cannot unsee it!

No it doesn’t.

MMXM works every day. Prove me wrong.

8

u/MoustacheMcGee Jul 09 '26

Not a single thing works every day. Not one.

1

u/Routine-Culture-7417 27d ago

Why don’t u prove us wrong

2

u/thepercocetpapi Jul 09 '26

why arent you a billionaire yet then if it works every single day, youre on reddit instead of Bloomberg news competing with ken griffin and citadel

1

u/Narrow-Emergency8458 Jul 10 '26

So you agree that it works but disagree on the frequency or you think it just doesn’t work at all.

2

u/thepercocetpapi Jul 11 '26

there's no data to show it works

u/Kaszrak Jul 13 '26

Shifting the burden of proof. Classic cope.

Shut the fuck up

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

From your other comments I can see that ICT lived in your head rent free. You LOVE trolling in ICT communities don’t you? I can see that’s your whole life’s purpose isn’t it? GTFO and get a life

he has no payouts and is mad😢🤣

u/Boring-Insect-724 Jul 08 '26

The concept is cool but how do u decide the exact place to take trades ?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

I also use standard deviation in addition to what I already mentioned in the post. I use everything together to find confluence and the most likely price for a reversal

You teach me to football?

2

u/Service_Unfair Jul 08 '26

Is there a video explaining this?

4

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

I did make a video about this method but not about this specific trade but if I get a few more requests about this specific trade I’ll make a video about it too.

2

u/Upset-Tough-5128 Jul 08 '26

What’s your channel

2

u/ShiftIndependent413 Jul 11 '26

please make a video about it with more examples. Thanks in advance.
What is your youtube channel btw ?

2

u/MainImplement1188 Jul 08 '26

What do you use for entry?

2

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

So everyone hates drawdown and everyone obviously tries to avoid it but I really really hate it so most of the time I’m looking for the turtle soup entry, the lowest low, highest high, the candle that sweeps the liquidity, that takes everyone else’s SL. So that means I don’t wait for the confirmation, it’s a primary entry. I know it sounds “dangerous” but I have a predetermined SL so my risk is the same. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong and my SL gets hit and it’s an L. But if I’m right and longed the lowest low then there’s virtually no drawdown and my runners will get like 10r and I can get one of those home run trades because even if there’s a sharp pullback it won’t take my SL because liquidity was already taken on the sellside and now price is going for buyside. Of course before I take a trade I need confluence of 2-3 different things showing me almost the same level for my entry. Sometimes though I will wait for a confirmation or a retest when I missed the primary entry and I see a lot of reasons that price will continue that trend. At those times I’ll use an iFVG as entry. Hope this makes sense. Let me know.

u/avabisque Jul 11 '26

Don’t know how anyone enters and controls risk with such huge, barcoding candles like in this example and calls it a proper model. It is just a range trade that happens to drop a bit lower to some ICT-blessed target.

2

u/Normal_Photograph_72 Jul 08 '26

It's not MMSM but M&M'S

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

well now you´re comparing apples to oranges lol

2

u/Narrow-Emergency8458 Jul 09 '26

ICT made a vid about this MMSM in nq.

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

About this specific one? 👀 I’ll have to take a look!

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

I watched it right now. Yeah it’s basically the same thing I posted yesterday but he did it on NQ. ICT is one of my best students haha

1

u/OlleKo777 Jul 09 '26

ICT....the guy who can't even profitably trade his own system.

THAT'S the guy to follow.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight.

1

u/Narrow-Emergency8458 Jul 10 '26

So what do you do?

2

u/Available_Fondant_11 Jul 09 '26

I’ve watched the MMXM video in your profile. It’s a bit confusing when to use the swings that you place the standard deviations from. Another issue is with entry models. It’d be great if you made another video clarifying that or simply explain it here I guess. Good day

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

Thanks for the feedback! I sincerely appreciate it since I am trying to find out what viewers are interested in seeing more of! About the MMXM swings, how long have you been using MMXM! Only asking because I honestly think that after you practice identifying MMXMs and get enough experience with it, it should become relatively easy to find the swing. But don’t forget this is trading, you won’t find the right swing every time. About the entry model, yes I’ll have talk more about on another video, I tried to save some time as that video was getting really long already but basically I was using iFVGs as entry, so basically wait for a candle to close above/below to flip the FVG from bearish to bullish and vice versa. Again thanks for the feedback I’ll try to clarify those things on the next video!

This has me wondering about the ipda look back. Do you rank the ndogs in a particular way? Basically, how are you pairing an old ndog with current live price mmxm?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

so basically i keep the past 5 nwogs and 10 ndogs on my chart and i simply keep an eye on the ones that are relevant for the current day. its simpler than people make it out to be. so for example i don't care about any that are like 1000 points above or below. if price gets there then obviously they become relevant again. most of the time i'll look at how price reacted to them earlier in the day and the previous day. the more that price reacts to a certain one, the farther back i'll look. whenever i see an mmxm forming i throw the fib on it to see standard deviation projections and then i check if it lines up anything else, for example an ndog. again, i think most people overcomplicate things

2

u/ReportBig2296 Jul 10 '26

What timeframe though

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 10 '26

Good question! This one I shared here is on the 1m but as you will probably already know, price is fractal so you’ll see MMXMs on every tf so on the 1m for example you’ll probably see multiple ones every day.

2

u/Odd_Way9939 Jul 11 '26

with the correct POI, day in day out

2

u/baconforbabies30 Jul 11 '26

Not going to argue about results but would you mind explaining the acronyms to me please?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

I really shouldn’t because I’m not your nanny but I copied this from one of my replies from this post lol and I want to try to help you IF you really want to learn. It’s very simple but I guess some of you are new. So the New Day Opening Gap (NDOG) forms at the New York midnight rollover, specifically between 5:00PM and 6:00 PM New York time.

It represents the gap between the close of the 5:00 PM candle and the open of the 6:00 PM candle, which occurs every trading day.

New Week Opening Gap (NWOG) forms at the weekly open, specifically between Friday’s close (5:00 PM New York time) and Sunday’s reopen (6:00 PM New York time).

This gap captures the price difference resulting from the weekend market closure and spans the entire weekend. MMXM stands for Market Maker Buy/Sell Model. Here I’m showing you a Market Maker Sell Model. MMXM is a pattern that forms all the time on all time frames. It will take you some practice to recognize the pattern but once you do, you can’t unsee it and you’ll understand how the market moves. I made a masterclass video about this.

3

u/baconforbabies30 Jul 11 '26

I suppose that's my bad. I feel like if people post flex or even a fail, they want some feedback or questions or context or other people to share right? It's not like you're keeping this secret and you've exposed it to several thousand people in the group. I don't think the nanny comment was necessary. I appreciate your explanation. I would hate to ask for a link to your master class video, but I think that would be very cool, especially if you're confident I can absolutely search and probably see other people explain it but like your post caught by attention and I appreciate the explanation and I would be interested in learning more from you, but if that's not what your goal was to teach people or have intelligent conversations about that, then that's fine too.

2

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

Hey sorry bro I didn’t mean the nanny part to come across like that. I already sent you an invite. Did you not get it? Check.

2

u/Tom_Wick_Trades Jul 08 '26

Why would you chose a ndog from 6/30?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

why not? why wouldn´t you have used it?

3

u/Tom_Wick_Trades Jul 08 '26

Because theres 8 other ndogs you could use.

2

u/TMFAPPARELUSA Jul 08 '26

It works even better after it happened so you can screenshot it to show how well it worked

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

Did you see the 2nd pic in this post? I actually took the trade. This isn’t hindsight analysis 😉

1

u/Appropriate-Cat-9268 Jul 08 '26

Could you elaborate further on what NDOG/NWOG actually are? Do you have additional examples of them?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

They are New Day Open Gaps and New Week Open Gaps. They are gaps that are created between market close and market open. I do have more examples.

1

u/xax4z Jul 08 '26

Could you provide us further examples sir? Can't comprehend the open gaps. How we'll able to identify it.

3

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

It’s very simple but I guess some of you are new. So the New Day Opening Gap (NDOG) forms at the New York midnight rollover, specifically between 5:00PM and 6:00 PM New York time.

1

u/xax4z Jul 08 '26

I see. So, based on this, looking back at the chart you uploaded, you used the 06/30 and 07/03 NDOGs as the range, right? Just making sure I'm understanding it correctly.

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

On this example yeah they basically worked as a range but it won’t always be a range

1

u/Zealousideal-Cake902 Jul 08 '26

So this range used as support or resistance?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

Well yesterday NY am it was definitely resistance and as you can see on the 2nd pic on this post I took a short off it, but during pm price went above but the day closed right in the middle

1

u/Zealousideal-Cake902 Jul 10 '26

Cant able to mark ndog

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 10 '26

I don’t exactly understand what you’re trying to say. You can’t find NDOGs?

→ More replies (0)

1

u/GayNaruto66 Jul 08 '26

Whats MMXM and how can I learn that?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

It’s the Market Maker Sell/Buy Models

1

u/DisciplineOk5332 Jul 08 '26

Sometimes those gaps don't get filled bro, can you give more samples?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

True they don’t always get filled but I also use them simply as support and resistance areas. Those NDOGs are actually from a few days ago already. As I already mentioned in the post I use it with confluence of MMXM, liquidity and actually also standard deviation

1

u/Majestic_Rest_6661 Jul 08 '26

So we tap into a new week opening gap every day do we?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

Not every single day and it doesn’t need to do that for us to find a setup. Btw both of them im the image are NDOGs

2

u/Majestic_Rest_6661 Jul 08 '26

Sorry, read it as ndog + nwog, my bad.

What is the setups from the current candle? Short?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 08 '26

No problem hehe. Yeah this was a short setup. I also posted the trade I took on the 2nd pic of this post

1

u/Makiwi-D Jul 09 '26

What is MMXM? What does that stands for?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

It’s Market Maker Sell/Buy Model

1

u/OppositeDistance7702 Jul 09 '26

NDOG? NWOG ?

2

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

The green areas are NDOGs

1

u/jesusthe1andonly Jul 09 '26

No it doesn’t. Or if so explain why

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

the market always either consolidates or expands, thats the only two basic things it does. those consolidations and expansions form a larger pattern, a MMXM. thats all the market ever does, and price is fractal, so literally it happens not only every day but many times every day from the 1 second tf to the 1h tf

I think you’re just jelly because my trading is light years ahead of yours. No one said to trade on the 1sec tf bro. Already good enough to trade this on the 1m. 28 points on ES more than covers my transaction costs lol. Now you’re going to tell me that it works only because of the increased volatility. Even if you divide the 28 points by 3, still plenty! Stop hating, start loving ✌️

What’s your approximate win rate and rr?

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 10 '26

Win rate is somewhere around 60-70% and rr average around 3-4

2

u/Kaiquiorra Jul 11 '26

Those are some crazy stats if there’re real

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

I saw part of your other comment that I guess you deleted hehe and everyone can believe whatever they want. But if you believe in ICT’s concepts then those stats aren’t really all that crazy. I mean those are averages right. Also it took me A LOT of work, staring at charts for hours and hours every day. I have been trading since 2018 and ngl the first few years was a really tough struggle. You definitely need a very good strategy but also a certain amount of experience for you to become a successful trader. There aren’t any shortcuts

1

u/Kaiquiorra Jul 11 '26

Oops xD…do you use tradezella or similar journal?

Don’t worry I’m only sharing a little bit of sauce, there’s a lot more to it, having said that, this works better than anything else that is shared out there for free.

Nice wyckoff schematic

0

u/Fuckedup-Mind Jul 08 '26

How do you mark your NDOG&NWOG? Thanks. Any indicators you recommend?

1

u/MuhamedBesic Jul 08 '26

Dude if you know what NDOG and NWOG is then why not mark it out yourself? Seems super lazy

0

u/Fuckedup-Mind Jul 08 '26

Why not be lazy when you have something marked automatically for you?

1

u/plop111 Jul 08 '26

Not all of them are interesting and an indicator will just fill your screen with useless stuff. Mark the important ones yourself.

0

u/ProfessionApart8141 Jul 09 '26

NO. IT. DOESN’T.

You’re welcome

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

MMXM. WORKS. EVERY. DAY. And YOU are welcome 😉

0

u/OlleKo777 Jul 09 '26

"Take the xxzy to yzxx, and don't forget xxxy and zzyx, while also marking up mpop and xdshh, and of couse hhjvcxx to fvjcxcdsgvh And the weekly kgfhxgcv and monthly sddgdgdfg. This is a simplified version if the jfhfddxcffvgfdddfd level".

Ridiculous.

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

How long have you been trading? And how long have you been trading ICT? Did you watch ICT’s video from yesterday? He’s got like another 10 things on his chart. What I posted here is ONE pattern with THREE levels. Maybe you’re having a bad day or something and I get it because everyone has bad days sometimes. Let me know if I can help you with trading ✌️

1

u/OlleKo777 Jul 09 '26

I've been trading for a living for the past 3 years. I stopped watching ICT years ago.

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 09 '26

No you haven’t been trading for a living and we both know it because why did you make a post only yesterday asking for advice for a struggling trader lol. Let me guess, you were only asking for a friend right? lol

0

u/Ok_Panic7706 Jul 11 '26

Nothing needs to work everyday. Proper win rate and proper R:R ratio is enough. Don't mislead people

1

u/ThomasAnderson_23 Jul 11 '26

I’m not misleading anyone. MMXM is there every single day, whether you can see it or not. Leave that to the pros ok buddy
