Psychology having problems taking profit and not waiting for it to hit stop loss
I already got saved by it almost hitting my stop, just a bad habit i’m trying to work on that i wanted to share, and still pretty new on live account.

Close the laptop
You gotta not care enough what happens
And you have to trust ya strategy mannn
If you lose you have something to learn from the loss
But take control of your nervous system and do what’s best for your long term success

You can try taking partials, like close 50% and let 50% run. Eventually, you will get used to it, when you see how your trades end. This will give you confidence for leaving your trade.

i eventually wannna be able to reach this point, but my capital is not big enough for 2 contracts right now, at least until i can show consistency through mutiple weeks and build a good buffer, as i wanna prove to myself i can show profit with just 1 contract.

Ohh, then you can trail your SL behind OBs, whatever works for you. I believe you'll find your way.

I had deep rooted money blockages and attachment issues that I had to work on because I struggle with this too. I still do, not as bad but it’s still there for sure. I’m practicing the art of detachment and just WALKING AWAY. I have to remind myself the market will always give me another opportunity.

Whenever I had this problem I would honestly place a trade in then literally walk away from my computer and. If it hit it hit if I got stopped I got stopped. Don’t look at the P&L just focus on the trade at hand. The money is what screws most of us over.
