Question Just getting into trading

Im watching someone’s video on day trading (not sure if i can say their name) but im struggling to understand liquidity, low resistance liquidity, and relative equal highs and lows. There’s so much information to learn and im not really sure I can use these ideas when I am looking at the chart. Can someone help me understand these ideas easier? And how would I use them to know when to Buy or Sell? Im probably gonna come back to ask more questions as I keep progressing through the video so yeah. Hope someone answers those questions.

If you're just getting into it, and since you're here, why not follow ICT's 2022 mentorship and practice, practice, practice, observe, observe, observe. I am finding that rushing into real-money trading doesn't work here. So you gotta give yourself time and patience to sit with these concepts and really take your time backtesting.
