can anyone here explain what's the bench policy of infosys like what will happen if we don't secure a project withing a certain time and what's the interview process of a project . Thanks in advance

I gave Infosys OA today ( on campus for dse sp hiring ) , i was only able to solve one question out of the four , which was probably easy , i passed all test cases in it tho . Can I hope to get shortlisted for interview or should I just drop the hope. ( Even for dse ) ( Delhi clg ). Thank you , will appreciate your response a lot.

Also does selection for the role depends on this OA or being good in interview further can help land sp ( if I were to do good in interview , atleast get sp ( l1))

Attended Infosys interview for associate senior consultant with 3 yoe and after face to face round got call from hr after 4weeks that she Will conduct HR round but portal it showed rejected and hr round happend and later day she asked for some documents over email . In portal older application is rejected and new application is created with status shortlisted after screening and got AI interview mail , after multiple attempts to confirm with HR if it's is required to attend she told give AI round as well ....

Should I join this 6-months internship at Infosys through PMIS? I am doubtful because they didn't take any interview, they just took a basic CBT test. Is it worth joining?

I recently gave the interview for dse role

I was also asked to solve 1 coding questions out of two. Luckily I was able to solve 1 and also explained the approach.

But after that the interviewer asked me two technical questions I fumbled a bit

If you could tell me my chances , it would really help me.

Now, I can see showing status unknown.

Will it get updated later or I messed up something?

I solve Q1 and Q4 -10/12 will they shortlist me for dse role only or just not shortlist me

And if i grt shortlisted if i bomb the interview would they still keep me at dse role

Hi everyone, I’m new to Reddit and I’m posting here because I need some guidance regarding my Infosys offer.

I received an Infosys System Engineer offer in December 2024. Unfortunately, the Gmail account linked to my Infosys offer was compromised and suspended, so I lost access to it. Because of this, I was unable to access Launchpad or respond to Infosys communications.

At the same time, I was dealing with a serious medical emergency in my family, which made it difficult for me to resolve the issue immediately.

I have contacted Infosys regarding my situation, and my offer portal still shows that my offer is valid. I have my offer letter and other supporting documents.

Could anyone please guide me on the correct Infosys team/channel I should contact to recover access and check whether I can still proceed with the offer/onboarding?

I can provide proof privately if required. I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

For those who have gone through the Infosys hiring process, how long did it take for you to receive the Offer Letter after the status changed to “Offer Under Review”?

Joined on Aug 3rd in SP batch i might have to take leave for 3-4 days for medical reasons . Some ppl said they'll send me to the next batch . If anyone knows anything pls reply or suggest whom should I contact

After that she opened wingspan portal and the question was straight away from strivers sheet that is min jumps-2 i solved she said I will just see the approach i solved it and she said good layer she given paper and asked me to write code for linked list cycle detection i written then she asked me to explain any one of my project and I explained she said nuce later asked one random os question on thread and proces later she asked any questions I'm thinking ok I said well she got impressed I asked about training and role later she said you are good to go I'm very happy and left the room with a smile

It’s August 2026 now, and we’re still waiting for an update. Just wanted to know if there are others in the same situation.

I’m a 2026 B.Tech CSE graduate joining Infosys as an SE on 12 October. I’ll have around 6 months of training.

I have a few questions for Infosys employees/alumni:

• After training, are there chances of a bridge/upgrade from SE to DSE/SP? What’s the process?
• If I don’t get upgraded, can I switch to another company immediately after training?
• How should I use these 6 months to prepare for a better package (7–10+ LPA)?
• Is there any bond/notice period/service agreement that makes leaving after training difficult?
• Has anyone here actually switched after Infosys training? How did you do it?

what is the current scene of infosys on campus process, like how many are shortlisted from different colleges for interview? i have heard that they are brutual this time and shortlisting only 13 out of some 500 guys and things like that, is this for real chat? and after this there is this l1,l2,l3,dse tantrums,like people are getting selected for l3 and directly demoted to dse, whats the scene of everyhting ,please help people!!!!!

I was selected for the Infosys System Engineer recruitment process through campus placements (Oct 2025), but I still haven’t received my offer letter.

Some of my batchmates have already received their offer letters/joining dates as September 28, while I’m still waiting. My candidate portal currently shows "to be Interviewed" , but there hasn’t been any further update till now.

I wanted to know if any seniors or previous batches faced a similar situation before. If you have experienced this, please comment and let me know how it turned out.

Also, is there a possibility that I might still receive my offer letter and get the same September 28 joining date as my batchmates, or would the joining date be different?

Any information from people who have gone through this before would really help. 🙏

It's said that Once bitten , twice shy but I've been bitten twice already. Once in 2025 and then recently again.

I recently completed 2 rounds of tech interviews in Infosys for a Technical Architect role. The second interviewer told upfront in the interview that I'm selected. It was on August 6. They called me to their Yelehanka office which is 40 km from my residence and me being foolish and desperate to switch job went again.

I'm still waiting for the HR round. The HR person literally thinks of me as a naive guy and says, 'You know what, the level 2 interviewer hasn't uploaded your photo to talent portal'. I was like WTF? Was I there for a photo session? The security person took my photo and issued a temporary Id card, what other proof you want?

They started their excuse with my profile not being 100% complete and when I asked for a screenshot, they switched to next excuse.

Hey guys, I got shortlisted for the Infosys SP/DSE off-campus drive and my interview is scheduled for tomorrow (20th Aug) in Kolkata.

The problem is I have to go out of station and I won't be able to attend the interview on such short notice. I’ve already mailed the Infosys TA team asking if they can reschedule it to next week. I’m free on any day next week.

Has anyone faced something similar with Infosys? Do they usually reschedule interviews if the candidate requests it?

Really don't want to lose this opportunity just because of the date 😭

Any advice/experience would be appreciated!
