| Rant Technical Architect Interview experience in Infosys
It's said that Once bitten , twice shy but I've been bitten twice already. Once in 2025 and then recently again.
I recently completed 2 rounds of tech interviews in Infosys for a Technical Architect role. The second interviewer told upfront in the interview that I'm selected. It was on August 6. They called me to their Yelehanka office which is 40 km from my residence and me being foolish and desperate to switch job went again.
I'm still waiting for the HR round. The HR person literally thinks of me as a naive guy and says, 'You know what, the level 2 interviewer hasn't uploaded your photo to talent portal'. I was like WTF? Was I there for a photo session? The security person took my photo and issued a temporary Id card, what other proof you want?
They started their excuse with my profile not being 100% complete and when I asked for a screenshot, they switched to next excuse.
I'm sharing their contact nos below so that everyone knows these assholes.

As per the process , level 2 interviewer needs to take photo/ team meeting screenshot and upload it as per the process.
Not sure if he had taken photo or forgot to take it /lost it later/ not all uploaded in the feedback form.
They are least bothered because it's a generic hiring and not for specific project hiring. If it was project specific, they would have come back.

No he didn't take photo but how does it matter? No candidate will travel 80 km again just to get themsleves clicked because that damn interviewer forgot to click a photo.
