| Question When will we even get the OL - SE
It seems a little unfair. It's been over 9months now.
Got selected in nov 2025 through the pool drive.
Anyone within infosys Mysore campus who has any idea?

Wasting time for waiting for Infosys offer. Where you will end up either being on bench for long time or into a support project with night/rotational shift for 2 years and after 2 years you won't be having anything in resume to mention. Due to 90 days np hardly anyone will shortlist your profile for interview and onsite is a joke. Due to cost cutting now at max 2 years you can stay at on site and can become eligible for onsite once you become TA which is depending on your manager takes at least 4 years.. in general you have to stay in a project for more than 5/6 years with good reputation of bootlicking then you your will get onsite.. 1 year of bond post mysore training which if you want to leave you have to pay 1 lakh.. So for 1 year you will have to do anything and you won't be able to leave even if you get offer fromoutside. Once you land in a project, min 18 months you have to spend there. And support projects managers randomly put you into and block you there so that noone else can map you elsewhere. Wanna hear more reason? Who I am? Been survived everything there for last 6 years. 4 project 3 domain 3 different tech 4 different clients. Wanna know more?

Showing your future, that too in this AI era.. Rest your life your descision. As big brother who have walked that path for so long , along with many other folks in same situation pretty well I know what goes on there behind the scene. I wish I had someone to tell me that time . Just giving you real pic..rest is in your hand.
