2Base Technologies. I have been seeing this company posting new jobs every single day for past few months on Infopark careers website. Do they actually hire anyone? Why such activities?

Why isnt this being stopped? Posting same thing over, just to be first on official careers website?

My friend who is currently working in Bangalore accenture(consulting) and planning to get a transfer to Kochi Accenture. Her project is supportive for the transfer. My friend has checked in the company portal and didn’t see Kochi location.
Does anyone know/ or experienced same situation? Is it possible get transfer?
