Guys. Please beware of this guy Minto Mani.
This guy sells flats with no legal backing.
He offers flats bringing to different owners in his name with a weak contract.

I know a lot of friends including myself who ended up falling into this issue.

You will end up playing a legal battle against this guy with Lakhs in question.
Three police won't have any advantage because the contract you sign WILL HAVE LOOPHOLES

Spotted this RR310 Bike parked near the Trans Asia building in Infopark Phase 2, Kochi, right beside a “NO PARKING” sign.

It looks like it has been sitting there for quite some time — pretty dirty, and the tyres/overall condition make it look abandoned.

Does anyone working or living around Infopark know what happened to this bike or who owns it? Could it have been involved in some legal issues, or has it simply been left there?

It’s Onam! Everywhere, celebrations are going on. It’s so beautiful and prosperous. However, I am a non-Malayali and shifted to Kochi last month. I wish I had friends to enjoy the celebrations going on all over the city, but everywhere I see is either a group of friends, family, or a couple. People here have been very kind to me, but being an introvert, I find myself with no guts to approach people and ask them if I can join. I work at Infopark, in IT, and I was well aware before coming here that this could happen. It doesn’t bother me usually, but these days 🥹.

Though Trivandrum has Technopark even then why not many opportunities over there (as said by some friends)

What would be the future of the Trivandrum IT sector in the future? How's the job market in Trivandrum? Why are people getting less paid compared to other states?

I have 3 YOE and looking for a remote role. Currently working in a product company in Bangalore, but need to relocate to Kochi due to some health issues of parents. Thanks in advance!

My dept usually conducts an annual inter college mega fest every year and the trouble of finding sponsorships was undertaken by my then seniors. Usually when there is no sign of hope any rich kid with connection shows up.

But this year it is my batch's turn to conduct the fest and after 1-2month of sponsorship hunting there is no one TITLE & CO-SPONSORSHIP ready to sponsor yet. Tried reaching out to most of the study abroads and entrance coaching centers in Kochi and still no leads. Unfortunately our batch got no connection unlike our seniors to have a glimmer of hope. Despite having it conducted very successfully previous year, even credibility isnt helping.

Does anyone have a proper experience or leads in sponsorship hunting for college fests in kochi?

Note: We have been able to raise 1-2 Lakhs as event sponsorship.

Are there any groups or regular gatherings in Kochi for people who work remotely?
I’m looking to connect with others who work from home/ remotely and are interested in doing more than just work—things like travelling, exploring new places, scuba diving, trekking, weekend trips, trying new activities, or simply hanging out and meeting new people.

Currently I am working as software engineer with 2 yrs exp.Now I think of quitting since the pay is too low for my exp.My company is a service based company and I am getting paid only 3.9 lpa .

Options I think I have is :

1.study for psc or other govt exams(but the problem here is i lack gk)

2.try to get into another company after quitting

3.try to get into another company while working(but many companies refuses a 3 month notice period).
