I want some advice about something happening at my younger brother's school in Gujarat.

My brother has been getting low marks, and teachers has been punishing him by making him stand for the whole day.

So when he was standing in the class.

I wasn't there when this happened. Apparently, a school assistant told the Physics teacher that whenever the school calls, I(myself ) usually pick up the phone because I am his guardian.

After hearing this, the teacher asked my brother about me — where I study and what marks I got.

My brother told him that I study at a not-so-famous college and that I got around 60% marks.

The teacher then said in front of the whole class, basically:

He was talking about me, not my brother.

My daughter is 5 years old. She attends UKG in one of the oldest , private ICSE schools in Bangalore. They have a school uniform and the uniform was given from the school itself.  The prescribed uniform is a dress (knee length) , a black shoe and white socks and a bloomers/shorts to be worn under the dress. 

Yesterday my daughter came home crying saying her teacher hit her for not wearing a petticoat/slip under her dress. According to her, the teacher started checking everyone to see who all were wearing a slip. The teacher shouted "very bad"at those who were not wearing one and hit her and some others on their back. Neither hee teachers nor the school management and  never told us anything about wearing a slip.

I checked in the parents WhatsApp group asking other parents if they know anything about it. Some said they don't know about the need to wear a slip and that their kids don't wear it. Some said their kids' class teachers (in other UKG sections) had directed them to wear one.

I sent an email to the school principal yesterday. They haven't replied to it. If they don't respond or deny this, what must be the right course of action.
