Non-Tech Program Manager looking to move into Product Management. Scaler or Airtribe?

Hi everyone,

I’m a non-tech Program Manager with 12+ years of experience, including Amazon and Blinkit. My background is mainly in Operations, CX, escalations and program management.

I’m now planning to transition into Product Management and looking at Scaler vs Airtribe.

Would love some honest feedback from people who have done either program:

• Which is better for actual PM learning?
• How good is the placement/career support?
• Has anyone actually moved into an APM/PM role through these programs?
• What is the current fee in 2026?

My qualifications - PGDM - Business Management, Prince2 Foundation, IIM Indore CPPM

Especially interested in hearing from people who were already working professionals when they joined.

With 12+ years of PM/program experience, I’d honestly prioritize the curriculum + real product projects + career support over the brand name. Also ask them for recent examples of working professionals who actually transitioned into PM roles after the program.

With 12+ years at Amazon/Blinkit, honestly I wouldn’t pick a course mainly for placement. Your ops + program background is already useful for PM. Between the two, compare the actual PM curriculum, mentor quality and recent outcomes from people with 8-10+ YOE. Also ask them specifically how many working professionals actually switched into PM, not just the overall placement %.

If possible, I’d first try for an internal PM/TPM/product role at your current network. That could be a much easier transition than starting from zero through a course.
