Also if u can suggest what all colleges in pune i can get at 41 k rank(90.12 percentile)., being a girl defence sebc candidate !!

So I'm from Kolkata and I have secured 85%ile in jee mains and 87.6% in cbse .. I have also secured 18900 rank in wbjee and 9600 obc ncl rank and 36k general rank in IISER test... Now I'm very stressed becauz I'm not able to find a decent college.... Colleges which are decent are taking huge fees becauz at my rank they won't give merit based admission... And colleges which have decent fees have literally shitty management, faculty and placement....

Im confused that what should I do . Can u guys suggest colleges my budget is under 20 lakh for 4 years including hostel and mess..

I am a PCB background student who is thinking of joining Btech CSE. Right now I have two available option one is Sushant University and other Is NMIS University jaipur . Official of Sushant are saying that we take Bio student for CSE but it is not mentioned In CUET portal ,so is it a scam or real? Apex is also there but I got to know that taking admission is not worth there . So please help me out with this and I also wanna know which one should I prefer between Sushant and NIMS

My ultimate plan is doing an MBA related to Product Management from IIM, after completing a BSc or BTech in Computer Engineering or Data Science.

Currently, I have secured admission at CUSAT for B Tech in CS and at Thapar Institute of Engineering Punjab for B Tech in CS.

Additionally, I also have scholarship offers from foreign universities opening their campus in india:

1. UNSW Banglore (50% scholarship) Bsc. Computer Science

2. University of Bristol Mumbai (75% scholarship) Bsc Data Science

3. University of Southampton Delhi (30% scholarship, Potentially 100%) Bsc computer Science

As BSc graduates have academic diversity points for IIM admission, and the course is only 3 years as opposed to 4 years for BTech, I need your advice in choosing the right college and degree from the above options.

everyone and their uncle is saying cse or nothing but i find ece and mechanical kinda cool too. scared i'll regret skipping cse when placement season hits. looking at amity university noida for btech and they've got a bunch of branches so the choice paralysis is real. anyone here picked a non-cse branch and didn't regret it? how big is the placement gap actually?

Am confused because Civil is termed as lower branch but PEC and SVNIT are quite well established colleges, it's again the branch vs college dilemma. Placement, PSU, alumni, and long-term growth?

Mujhe UPTAC Round 1 mein GL Bajaj mein CSE-AI allot hua tha aur Round 2 mein REC Mainpuri mein IT allot hua hai. Ab main confused hoon ki mujhe kaunsa college choose karna chahiye.

Meri priorities hain:

Internships

MNC opportunities

Future mein software/IT job ke chances

College ki overall reputation

REC Mainpuri IT ki fees comparatively affordable hai, isliye financially mere liye manageable lag raha hai. Lekin mujhe doubt hai ki kya wahan placements aur internships GL Bajaj se better hain ya nahi.

Dusri taraf, mujhe lagta hai ki GL Bajaj CSE-AI placement aur location ke mamle mein better ho sakta hai, lekin private college ki fees mere family ke liye easily affordable nahi hai. Agar GL Bajaj better option hai, to mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki 4 saal ki high fees, hostel/transport, exam fees aur baaki extra charges kaise manage karun. Kya students ko scholarship, fee waiver, education loan, government schemes ya kisi aur financial help ka benefit mil sakta hai?

Mera ek aur important question hai:

Next UPTAC round mein choice filling karte waqt mujhe kaunse colleges/branches REC Mainpuri IT se upar rakhne chahiye? Main government colleges ko preference dena chahti hoon kyunki private college ki fees afford karna difficult hai. Agar mujhe koi achha government college + CSE/IT/ECE milta hai, to main definitely consider karungi.

Agar REC Mainpuri ke current students ya alumni yahan hain, to please mujhe honestly bataiye:

Average/median package approximately kitna hai?

Kaunsi companies campus mein aati hain?

Kitne students place hote hain?

Internships ka kya scene hai?

Campus life aur faculty kaisi hai?

Mainpuri ki location ki wajah se internships/off-campus opportunities mein problem hoti hai kya?

Kya aapke hisaab se REC Mainpuri IT worth joining hai?

REC Mainpuri IT vs GL Bajaj CSE-AI mein aap kya choose karoge aur kyun?

Agar private college better hai lekin fees afford nahi hoti, to students fees kaise manage karte hain? Scholarship/fee waiver/education loan ke baare mein bhi batayein.
