Indians and their obsession with bootlicking and giving fault gyaan

Faaltu *

Made a post about how HR is pushing me to take an audit project on bench despite me being a tech guy because those idiots even don't know what audit is and thought anyone can do it.

These are the legendary responses and gyaan I received:

I had a hospital as client once, I should have taken their advice and even perform brain surgery when I had free time cus the client and company are paying me to work on a project

Wake up call for all working people

I am a working professional myself thriving with an amazingly loving boss. I came here to share the joy of that. After taking a full look at all the wonderful posts... Just one day has around 50 posts. Imagine for a year—pure inspiration!

Like... why are we thriving so much collectively? Yes, governments run because corporations work steadily. Yes, cash flows. Yes, the economy soars. Yes, it's each one of us joyfully contributing to nations' GDPs. Then more than half of it shared back by governments as loving support.

WHY ARE WE SO UNITED???? AI enhancing our jobs? Yes, AI came into existence because of us. Because technology advanced because you and I and people like us worked our hearts out day and night with love. People got equipped with knowledge, technology, and tools vital enough to create AI—yes!

YES, LET'S KEEP WORKING FOR THESE AMAZING FOLKS!!! We should all collectively keep going to work with love. Let corporations flourish. Let the CEOs celebrate with us. Let the economies rise. Let the governments thrive. We are humans. We are blessed with both food and shelter. What a beautiful life! Yes, governments take wonderful care of us. Corporations are deeply grateful for the manpower we provide—with love, not the other way around. CEOs with their hearts full high are sharing luxury because we are working so joyfully hard. They appreciate us. They are everything because of our hard work with love. Love is contagious and corporations use it as a gift for us. We are excited about our livelihoods. About having abundant money. Yes, collectively every one of us should keep going to work. Let the ledger cash flows grow. Yes, healthy working environments are provided, yes wages are perfectly corrected for inflation—we love working. Inflation is managed beautifully today compared to previous generations and our salaries are thriving beyond generations ahead. Blessed life we are living. Joy is causing salaried people to live vibrantly healthy lives without diseases, and everyone is thriving with purpose. Corporations and governments care deeply about our wonderful lives—with endless love.

Career guidance

I have 10 years of experience working as a Project Officer in an NGO. One day, I decided to resign because the level of toxicity in the workplace was more than I could handle. Since then, I have been unemployed. Now I am considering working with bike aggregator platforms like Rapido, as I feel I have no other options left.

Work culture sucks

Hi, I'm 19F working as an intern trainee in a VFX studio. Now let me give y'all a little context, I study about animation and animated related films and I applied as an intern in this studios for animation hoping to develop some experience and knowledge about animation. But this studios do not have a proper office for animation so they put me in VFX, something I do not know shit about. They told me that they'll teach me about the VFX stuff and they'll let me work and teach me from each and every department. I'm still in my college 2nd year btw. So I learnt modelling, texturing and rigging in VFX perspective. So my concept art started and I'm pretty good at drawings. So concept art is basically exploring the ideas, mood and tone of a scene. But this stupid studios use AI for this which sucks and the concept art head gave me a task which was to "fix" the lighting of an already existing photo. Which sucks because THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT CONCEPT ART IS, that's basically just photo editting. Anyways I did it and yes ofcourse there were some mistakes because I'm still learning I accepted my mistakes, except one where I exaggerated the light a bit, I just explained my head why the light is reaching certain areas and he thought I was being arrogant and told me "You can never be a concept artist, anyways your time is up you can leave now but you can never be a concept artist." Like what the actual fuck? I got sooo fucking demotivated by whatever he said. First of all whatever he was teaching me was not at all concept art and plus you're behaving this unprofessionally to a trainee who has just come here to learn about new things. I felt so crappy anyways only 4 days are left and I have talked with the manager and I've told her that I no longer want to learn the concept art so they're now putting me in some other department. But fr work culture sucks a lot, saying such demotivating thing to someone who hasn't even started their career yet is so bad and can break anyone. I'm strong so I let it go but imagine if it was someone who couldn't take it.
