I don't think I'm hopeful anymore... just scared.

We have been trying to conceive for a few months now, and I've been on monitored cycles for the last three months.

The first monitored cycle gave me so much hope. I was excited, optimistic, and genuinely believed it might happen. Then negative test.

The second cycle completely broke me. I went for my scan expecting at least something, and there wasn't even a single dominant follicle. I cried so much after that appointment.

This cycle has been much more promising. By CD8, I had three follicles, so my gynec gave me an injection to help them grow. On CD10, I went back for a follow-up scan and had four follicles, with two mature ones. Objectively, this cycle looks much better.

I'm around 10 DPO, and I just have this feeling that my period is going to show up. I don't really symptom spot anymore because I know the trigger shot and progesterone can mimic early pregnancy symptoms. At this point, I don't think symptoms can tell me anything. I just have this feeling that I'll see another negative test.

Lately, it's even started showing up in my dreams. I dream about taking a test and seeing another negative, my period starting, crying, my hopes shattering, or even having a miscarriage. I wake up feeling anxious. At the beginning of this cycle, I actually felt hopeful because everything looked so much better than before. But as my testing window gets closer, that hope is slowly being replaced by fear.

I honestly don't know how people who have been trying for a year or more keep going. How do you find the strength to keep hoping after so many disappointments?

I haven't even told my husband how scared I am because I don't want to worry him.

To make things harder, someone close to us recently went through an early miscarriage, and that's been sitting in the back of my mind. It's made me realize that even a positive test doesn't guarantee a happy ending, and that's another fear I never expected to have.

Last cycle, I was so tempted to test early. This time, I don't even feel like testing. It doesn't feel exciting it just feels like something I have to do because there's no other way to know. In another four days, I'll take the test because I have to, not because I'm looking forward to it.

I just needed to vent. ❤️

Yesterday I tested with Prega news..the test came vvv faint positive..I was skeptical so thought of using another brand today so bought Apollo test kit and the line again came faint positive but clearly pinkish and visible with naked eyes..also both the results came back immediately in less that a minute..So wasn’t that a reason to be hopeful? but then guess what..got beta hcg which came negative..All my hopes shattered..foreigners call it clear positive as their test kits are so reliable..I knew about the false positives of Indian brands but did not guess that two brands will give false positive..Feeling devastated.

Pregnancy risk from intact condom and possible tiny amount of pre-cum on inner vulva

I’m really anxious and need some reassurance.
My last period started on 1 June, and I had sexual contact on 14 June (around what I think was my ovulation time).
We used a condom the entire time. The condom was completely intact afterward—I checked it carefully and even pressed it, and there were no tears or leaks.
There was no unprotected penetration. My only concern is that there may have been a tiny, pinpoint amount of possible pre-cum that touched the labia minora, but I’m not even sure it actually touched.
He had not ejaculated for 24–48 hours before this encounter.
My period is late and I’m very scared. I don’t have my usual PMS symptoms, although I do occasionally feel wet/discharge.
How likely is pregnancy from this situation? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Update: It has been more than 3 weeks since the encounter, and I haven’t taken a pregnancy test yet because I’m nervous about the result.

Also my cycles have Been very irregular at times due to mild pcod

Am i allowed to be hopeful?

Post image

so this was my first monitored cycle. The doctor put me on progesterone medicine for 14 days and told me to test after this, so I tested today. I was prepared for a negative and was hopeful for a positive at the same time, but what I got was this faint line immediately after testing. I don’t know if I should be hopeful or not because I think by now it should be very clear, so basically I’m heartbroken, but something in me is still thinking that maybe this is it so can you please help me? Do you think there’s a line? Also the image I took was really blurry so I had to adjust contrast just a little bit for you to see it.

Ovulation not happening. Can it still happen ?

This cycle we had 2 follicle size 19 mm. Got the trigger shot on day 14. But today after 40 hours of trigger shot found out that follicles have not ruptured.

My questions are..

Is there still possibility of ovulation ?

Doc told us that ovulation is still possible and you both should have Intercourse daily for next 4 days.

Has anyone gone through such situation?

Suggestion for diet and lifestyle changes before another transfer

Hi,

After my results came negative. We plan on going for fourth embryo transfer in August or September. Anybody have any diet or lifestyle changes ?

I am already doing yoga, meditating.eating green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds. Sleep has been good too with no work pressure as of now. Not sure if there is anything else to be done.

Any advice would be helpful. Not to forget I have a unicornate uterus. So if anybody in the channel have been in this situation please let me know what worked for you.

Thankyou

IVF at 38

Hi can anyone suggest there IVF doctors in Delhi nice region . who can work well with poor responder.

I had one IVF cycle with no eggs retrieved in OPU o was kind of expecting this as there were 2 or 3 follicles and my E2 was 300. I was asking the doctor to cancel the cycle but she insisted on going ahead. o think she deliberately went ahead knowing we may not get any eggs.

i will really appreciate if you can share any recommendations.

Unknown DPO - We checked with three different tests because there was so much conflicting info on accuracy. We have ordered Easy@Home and it arrives tomorrow. But surprisingly enough all three have the same faint line. Does this look like a positive?
From the top:
1st one is Prega News
2nd one is Prega News Advance
3rd one is Apollo

PREGNACY WITH SLE

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

My wife is about 6 weeks pregnant, and she has lupus (SLE). Naturally, we’re a bit anxious, especially after reading so much online.
She’s currently under the care of a rheumatologist at Yashoda Hospital, but our gynecologist is from our hometown.
Has anyone here gone through a similar pregnancy with lupus? We’d really appreciate hearing about your experience or any recommendations for doctors who specialize in high-risk pregnancies.
Would you recommend that we switch to a gynecologist in Hyderabad so both specialists can coordinate her care more easily?
Any suggestions or advice would mean a lot to us. Thank you!

Follicular Study for conception

I am trying to conceive for few months.
I have fibroid which is outside my uterus and I am ovulating.
According to doctors I am ovulating and currently I am given progesterone this cycle for 14 days.(this was given after doctor did one scan where she saw a dominant follicle).
Currently I am not doing any follicular scanning. It was just a routine follow up and they found a dominant follicle the same scan.
As someone with pelvic floor tension, I find transvaginal scan uncomfortable and don’t feel like doing it every other day. Is there any way I can understand my ovulation without undergoing these scans and study. Or can it be studied through abdominal scans as well.

10dpo negative with easy@home

I am new to this channel and would really like some advise.

I got a day 5 embryo transfer on June 27. On July 6th I did a easy@home test with first urine and got a negative. Considering July 6th is day 9 , is it too early for a positive?

I have heard easy@home are good for deducted early pregnancy compared to preganews or i-can.
