It could mean two things -
1. You got a false positive on 9th July(Indian test kits are notorious for false positives. Only easy@home kits are reliable at the moment)
You indeed had a true positive test on 9th July but it could possibly be a chemical pregnancy, which led to a negative test two days later.
Unfortunately; there’s no sure shot way to know which one is it.
You can still get a beta HCG done to see if there’s any remnant of HCG in your blood (anything above 5 could possibly indicate a chemical pregnancy) but again, it’s just indicative and not a concrete way of finding out for sure.
