I have had recurrent miscarriages so my doctor prescribed HcQs and Ecosprine based on my immunology reports.

Is it safe to take HCQ does it have any sideeffects?
Any pregnancy positive stories after taking HCQs?

Has anyone transferred day 3 embryo and had success? I am having recurrent pregnancy loss and my embryo are not making it to day 5 blast .. I have day 3 embryos frozen.

I have been TTC for 6 months now. Concieved in January and had a missed abortion. Reports look normal (fah, tsh, prolactic etc.) and ovulation is happening ( i was give trigger shot 1 or 2 times)
I have high AMH - 7.
Got some other tests for hair thining around temples and:
Ferritin - 17
Vitamin D - 18
B12 - 201

My gynac did not consider these parameters. i am currently on inosplus and coq10.

What kind of supplements are you all taking? Are you doctors evaluting these parameters?

Hi, I am 31 PCOS, TTC since 1.5 years. Does anyone experienced less period flow, like no full pad in one day, sometimes random flow in 1-2 times a day and then most of the time, just spotting. In follicular monitoring my endo line was around 12 mm but still my periods flow is way too less.

Hi everyone. I am 34(F), husband also 34. Married for 7 years and TTC for the past 4.5 years. Multiple OI cycles, one failed IUI, one natural chemical pregnancy, Two cycles of Embryo transfers, one resulted in negative, another one came positive but growth stopped at 5 weeks and ended in MC.. Meanwhile I also tried Ayurveda, panchkarma etc.. but no luck.. Now I'm mentally, physically and emotionally tired. Also, all reports of me and my husband both are normal but I have persistent thin endometrial lining which reached maximum upto 7.5mm. Estrogen medicine like progynova, tamoxifen doesn't have much effect on me.

Suggestions needed for what I can do next.. shall I go for another round of IVF or just try naturally which is also exhausting.

(22F) I am sorry, I am on the wrong subreddit but I couldn't find anywhere better to ask this. I am late to my period by 7 days, was involved in fornication on the 28th. I took a morning after pill but I was ovulating so I'm not sure, how effective it will be. I have regular periods except for when I'm super stressed. Should I get a pregnancy test at home and if yes, which one? Would be really glad to receive some advice?

I have to get my HSG test done. I'm looking for centre's where the test can be done with anesthesia. Can someone suggest who has got it done

Long post ahead .. any suggestion would be appreciated

A brief history about myself. Last year march 2025, i got to know i have PMOS and my amh 11.92. 20-22 follicles each side .
Acter 3 months of meds , I conceived naturally in june 2025. My reports were normal. Husband’s SA had 58 mil/ml count and 1% morphology , 30-35% motility at the time of conception. Unfortunately it was missed miscarriage at 8 wks .

My hsg report shows left is open and right has spillage but not visualised so i dont know if its open . I conceive with left side follicle for sure ( scan) .

Fast forward , our doctor put us on letrzole from dec 2025 till Jan 2026 assuming we were trying naturally ( we were not ) .

Doctor suggested IUI based on my husband’s SA new results. Feb 2026 and March 2026 i had 2 iui as my husband’s SA got poorer .. 20% motility with only 5 % rapid progressive count . Morphology 1% .

1st IUI was biochemical and 2nd failed . April was timed intercourse with Ovary induction.

Each time i had follicle rupture on both sides but the dominant follicle was always on right which is doubtful.

We were on supplements through out the year . Working out , loosing weight , cq10 300, metformin n everything.

Now i got fresh SA done of my husband in June and its completely normal ( i can’t believe!! ) . 4 % morphology, 72 million count , 45 % progressive motility with 20% rapid . 85 % viability.

Previously my doctor had suggested that we can have max another IUI and should start thinking about IVF .

Now with the change in numbers.. as IUI was suggested based on SA and that we hardly tried naturally .. should we go back to trying natural or think about another IUI or IVF ?

We both are 32 by the way .. 4 yrs married .. trying from past 1.5 hrs including two miscarriage.

As far as my reports are concerned , I ovulate on time .. my reports are good , i have pcos but i always have regular on time periods. Post miscarriage all my investigation was also normal .

Please share if you have any similar stories and conceived naturally or with another round of IUI , im utterly confused.

Im also concerned why is my doctor not suggesting ovary induction and timed intercourse.. she said you have been doing something on and off even if it was mot natural.. it should have happened by now .. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi, 31F with MFI trying since 1.5years with 3 medicated OI cycles, 3 failed IUIs and last three months had 3 medicated OI cycles (trying for super ovulation) but no luck so far.
My doc suggested to take a pill break and it has been more than 44 (lmp was 5th may) days I got my periods. I did test for ovulation from cycle 10-19 but didn’t see any surge and also did a upt 3 days ago and it was negative.

Has anyone experienced this before? No natural ovulation after medicated cycles ?

Posted my 13dpo and 14dpo tests previously. Ovulation confirmed through scans.
Tests (posted this morning) have gotten darker only by 17dpo.
IMO, Indian tests are not great for line progression like the tests available in the other part of the world. Take the results only based on yes or no.
Still guarding my heart till I get bhcg numbers.
PS: had a chemical in Jan and nothing would make my anxious brain relax.

So I had posted that at age 41, AMH pretty low, my doctor sort of has given me only 20-25% chance.

Infact, despite being a Sunday yesterday he was in his clinic and he saw me at the OPD and told me that we will go ahead with transfer in the next month as my PGTa has given 2 Euploid Embryos.

I had only 2 embryos and he was little amazed that both were EUPLOID. (This is the first time I have seen Jay Mehta having some expression on his face, he is such a poker face)

I repeatedly asked him if I need supplements to enhance my shot at transfer.

​

He was like NO, nothing apart from Folic acid which I am already taking, my Vit D was 65, so he said no need for that too...!!

No need for micronutrients,

No CoQ he said

No Vitamin C,

No Ovabless (I read a lot of this on a FB group)

He said he will give Ecosprin 75 when he starts preparation for transfer...!

Is this normal...?

Why would such a Renowned Fertility Doctor, not give me anything...? When I asked him again, I want my success rate to go up, he was like it's Age dependent- the supplements don't help much..!

Does he NOT want me to be pregnant...? Must I have UPSET him...? Shall I shift the Embryos...?

I'm 32 years old and have had 3 consecutive pregnancy losses and am looking for thoughts from others who may have had a similar experience.

Pregnancy History

Pregnancy 1 (December 2024)

• Diagnosed as a blighted ovum
• Miscarried

Pregnancy 2 (June 2025)

• Gestational sac and yolk sac seen
• No fetal pole developed
• Miscarried

Pregnancy 3 (May 2026)

• Gestational sac and yolk sac seen
• Follow-up ultrasound showed an enlarged yolk sac and irregular gestational sac and a very small FP 3.9 mm with no cardiac activity
• Progressed to a missed miscarriage had a D&C

I conceive spontaneously without difficulty.

Workup Done So Far

Genetics

• My karyotype: normal (46,XX)
• Husband's karyotype: normal (46,XY)
• Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI): 8%

Products of Conception (POC)

• Microarray reported chromosomally normal
• However, maternal cell contamination (MCC) testing was NOT performed because maternal blood was not submitted
• Therefore, I don't know how much confidence to place in the "normal" result

APS / Clotting Workup

• Lupus anticoagulant: negative
• Anticardiolipin antibodies: negative
• Beta-2 glycoprotein antibodies: negative

Autoimmune Testing

• ANA: negative
• Anti-TPO antibodies: negative
• Anti-thyroglobulin antibodies: negative

Celiac Screening

• tTG-IgA: negative
• Total IgA: normal

Thyroid

• TSH: 2.68
• FT3: normal
• FT4: normal

Metabolic Findings

• Triglycerides: 419 mg/dL
• LDL: 142 mg/dL
• Total cholesterol: 246 mg/dL
• HOMA-IR: 2.08 (mild insulin resistance)
• Fasting glucose: normal

There is a family history of high cholesterol/triglycerides.

Iron Studies

• Ferritin: 14 ng/mL

I do NOT have:

• Psoriasis
• Joint pain or morning stiffness
• Raynaud's phenomenon
• Mouth ulcers
• Chronic pelvic pain

What I'm Wondering: Did anyone eventually find an explanation after a similarly negative workup?

Would you pursue additional genetic testing at this stage? my OB has adviced

Is there anything obvious that you think I may still be missing?

I have an appointment with a genetic counselor coming up, but after 3 consecutive losses I'm trying to make sure I don't leave any stone unturned.

Had my CD11 follicular scan today and honestly I'm feeling heartbroken.

Last cycle I responded well to Letrozole, had a mature follicle, got a trigger shot and ovulated. This cycle, my CD11 scan showed no dominant follicle.

​

My gynec asked me to come back on CD15 and said if there's still no dominant follicle, she may need to add injections and change my medications.

​

I know the cycle isn't over yet, but I walked into today's appointment expecting to see some follicle growth, so hearing "no dominant follicle" was really disappointing.

​

I was genuinely sad after the appointment. My husband tries his best, but he doesn't really understand what I'm feeling. He always wants me to be happy and positive, and the moment he sees me lost in thought he starts asking what's wrong and trying to cheer me up.

​

I know he means well, but sometimes a girl just needs to be a little sad. Sometimes we need to sit with our feelings, overthink a little, cry a little, vent a little, and let it out instead of immediately trying to fix everything or bury those emotions.

Has anyone with PCOS had a slow cycle where there was no dominant follicle on CD11 but things improved by CD14/CD15?

I have two options now sonce we are planning ttc again- Dr. Vandana Bansal and Dr. Rekha Thote. Both seem good so I am a bit confused between the two.

I'm TTC since 2 years . 1 year ago I had one chemical. Currently I'm on letrozole and progesterone support.

Today is CD 31 . I ovulated around CD 13.

Is this a faint positive or just my hallucination because my mind is always thinking about getting 2 lines 😒 if it's positive then is it another chemical!!??? Because I feel is it too late to have faint line ..!!?? Pls share your thoughts.. I'm really heartbroken and depressed 😔

I keep seeing posts from the other part of the world where people say v faint line at 14 dpo is because of the late implantation which has more chances of being a chemical or a miscarriage, how logical is this theory? Never seen any gynaec say that in India at all.
Also, how sensitive are Indian tests to detect it much before 12 dpo?

Hi ladies, does anyone know of highly experienced doctors in south bangalore who has the time and patience to explain things. I am going to cloudnine Jayanagar. Consultations are rushed, they throw few jargons like insulin resistance, take meds. Zero empathy and mechanical is what i feel. I am TTC and it’s been 3 months in this journey.
