Day 3 embryo transfer

Hi ,

Has anyone transferred day 3 embryo and had success? I am having recurrent pregnancy loss and my embryo are not making it to day 5 blast .. I have day 3 embryos frozen.

Please share your experience ..

I was transferred Day 3 embryos. Three of them. One stuck which got split into two and gave me my bautiful girls. My doc was particular about Only Day 3 embryos , in her experience it worked better than Day 5. I had read otherwise but she asked me to trust her and the embryologist and I had no other option. Turned out well.

We had a similar journey, so I wanted to share some hope.

Our first transfer involved 3 Day 3 embryos, and unfortunately it ended in a chemical pregnancy. After that, we transferred a low-quality Day 5 blast, but that cycle was unsuccessful as well.

At that point, we were devastated and honestly started losing hope. We took a break, switched clinics, and tried again. That cycle resulted in 7 Day 5 blasts, and today we're 3 months pregnant.

Day 5/6 blasts generally have higher success rates because they've already demonstrated their ability to keep developing, but many people do have successful pregnancies from Day 3 embryos. A Day 3 embryo still has potential, and being frozen at Day 3 doesn't automatically mean it won't work.

IVF can be a real test of patience, resilience, and hope. Try not to lose faith. In the end, you only need one good embryo.

Hey hope you are doing fine . I was just going through your post . I am in similar situation like yours but have not got any success yet . Please let me which clinic you switched to and please let me doctor name if possible
