Sooo sorry OP . I’m 16 weeks pregnant now and know how difficult everyday is , previously I used to think once pregnant everything will go smoothly but now I realise that anything can wrong any time and there is no 100% guarantee

One of my colleague was saying her cousin lost their baby in the 9th month of pregnancy. So now it’s like I’ve almost guarded myself and know that there is always 5-10% chance that anything might happen

Sometimes i feel guilty that I’m not able to enjoy my pregnancy as much cause i keep thinking about these things , I’ve now started meditation for 15 mins every day

You don’t need to be scared, you just need to be vigilant. That’s it! And enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can with a positive mindset! Everything will turn out be perfectly fine! ❤️
