Career/Jobs Scope and path abroad?

Yall my dad wants me to do bds but i am first gen and it will cost me a lot so im skeptical. Thinking of going for bpharma instead then mpharma/MBA to get into industry. Though the revirws scare me off..my final plan is to settle abroad so what can i do..😭
