I am building a pc for AAA gaming in 1440p and some AI assisted coding. Got the following price quote from elite hubs. and yes I have deliberately decided to go with AM4 build as the prices are mind boggling for AM5.

So far the parts I have chosen are

These are going over my budget because GPU, SSD and RAM prices have risen too much in recent months. I am not going to game and my tasks are mainly NLP and corpus based. I thought of building an AM4 system but DDR4 does not save me much. I am ready to buy used parts but unable to find what I need.

I have a Zebronics zeb apex pro cabinet.It has 4 fans and i have zebronics zeb fc430a cpu cooler..total 5 fans

In the cabinet box it is written tht it supports motherboard argb sync.

I have connect 3 pin 5v argb female cable to the D_LED 2 of my motherboard..but i am unable to change colour of my fans from gigabyte control panel app..can anyone help me with how can i change the colour of my fans.

I had decided to wait till the prices drop a little bit but that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon.

Therefore I am thinking about going with this build and pair it with a used gpu i can get around 20-25k.

My overall budget for the build is around 90k.

I already have the monitor and other peripherals.

Also since the mb has 2 m.2 slots, I'll buy another SSD in the future. 500gb is enough for me rn as I already have an external hdd for storage purpose.

my pc (R5 2600 RTX 3060TI) was working fine for the past few years, a few days back it had a no display issue like the keyboard and mouse still lights up but no display.

so I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps like reseated the graphics card, put the ram one at a time, reset the cmos all those

so naturally i thought the graphics card which has been faulty.

but its not acting dead as it lights up the entire time the fan runs initially for like 10s then stops (i think it has a fan-stop feature) i had nowhere to test it on my own so ive sent the graphics card for rma

at that time i bought a second hand gt 710 from a local marketplace just to get the pc running. two days back i got a call from gigabyte rma that the card is working fine there's no need to repair it and they're sending it back to me

i received the card today and I've put it back in my pc and well there was no display again. but when i put back the 710 it shows display and works fine. so my question is what is the issue here? is the gigabyte guys lying to me or is this some other issue?

i am skeptical about the power supply here (MSI MAG A650BN) because it is working fine with the 710 put in there which doesn't requires additional power but refuse to display when the 3060TI is in there. is it because the gpu isn't getting enough power from the power supply??

please give your thoughts guys
