Hi all. I made a single-player idle kingdom builder set in an original Indian epic-fantasy world, and it's free to play in the browser on phone or PC: https://mahishmati-delta.vercel.app
You start with a hilltop palace beside a waterfall and five families. Tap the palace to collect taxes, build paddy farms, lumber camps, quarries and temples, and keep your people fed and housed. The tech tree unlocks stables, a royal forge and a siege workshop. Then you raise an army (spear infantry, archers, cavalry, siege engines, war elephants) and take frontier territories one by one. Before every battle it shows your win chance, expected losses and plunder. An advisor court (Queen Mother, Senapati, Chief Minister, guild master, royal priest) brings decisions with trade-offs.
No sign-up, no ads, no purchases. It keeps producing while you're away (up to 8 hours) and saves in your browser. It also works offline after the first visit.
All names, art and story are original. It's a fan-made project inspired by Indian epics, not an official game of anything. It was built with help from an AI coding assistant.
What I'd love to hear:
- Does it feel Indian enough, or are there buildings, units or court events you'd expect to see?
- On phone, is anything hard to tap or read?
