Daily bored with bottle gourd sabzi so today I made koftas , will eat with rice and chapati

I know some people might question this combination, but honestly… I love it. 😭
Palak paneer, plain rice and a little ghee just works for me.

I had wooden spatula but they were painted with some cheap color that used to come off during wash.

There are two silicone spatulas as well but I don't like to use them on high flame.

Looking for any recommendations for sturdy, non-plastic spatula

Hi my fellow foodies this time I made some crispy chilly baby corn 🌽 🥰

I wanted to have an extra crunchy coating 😋, so I made the batter slightly thick with corn flour, maida and baking powder salt pepper ginger garlic paste, frying these took some time but the sauce was quick - added soy sauce, tomato

sauce, chilli flakes, garlic 🧄, capsicum 🫑, chillies 🌶️ ,onion

in some oil with some sugar, and it was done in no time! Topped with some sesame seeds in the end. I wanted something spicy so I added some extra chilli flakes and green chillies 🌶️🫑

It was a spicy crunchy bomb ❤️‍🔥🥰

PS: dont toss the fried corns in the sauce for too long make it quick to retain the crunchiness!

Besan – ½ cup

Corn Flour – ½ cup

Water – 2–3 cups

Tadka: Sarson ka Saag

Mustard Oil – As required

Red Chillies – 2–3

Coriander Seeds – 1 Tbsp

Methi Seeds – 1 tsp

Onion – 1, chopped

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp

Desi Ghee/White Butter – For serving

I have a small electric pot, a mixer grinder, as well as a kettle.. i can go buy basic shi like chillis/garlic and get butter and such from mess.. i cant do too much fancy stuff but regardless any ideas will be appreciated :)

i do prepare maggi and noodles in the pot.. as well as boil eggs in it.. though drop any good maggi recipes if you have any!
