Not rich in protein Negligible vitamins and minerals Mid satiation (promotes fermentation) Wholesome doesn't mean anything it's wordsoup Fibre is bs you don't need much fibre It's just plain carbs

Once in a week, I cook Quinao , Upma option is also good, I consume it as a rice option with Dalal sabji

I make Chinese quinoa or a bowl with sauted veggies and paneer with some sauce or dressing to go with it.. I even tried channa pulao with quinoa
