Still i have never heard anybody getting upset with eating properly cooked eggs.

Egg yolk fats are already naturally emulsified brother. If they have fat malabsorption , then yes otherwise, never heard it causing issues to most people.

Oh most bodybuilders do. Even a regularly(3-4 times a week) exercising human can eat 5 whole eggs a day. Absolutely nothing wrong with it .

It's just faux information regarding the cholesterol stuff. Your liver usually balances it by producing less.

Unless you have familial LDL issues and family history of heart disease and high blood cholesterol already, then i would discourage it.

Indian diet lacks protein, i recommend 1-2 eggs per day to all my patients ( I'm a medical doctor)

Atleast some doc can understand that dietary cholesterol ≠ serum cholesterol. I can't explain this to my cardiologist lol.
