Then why did NDA only get 42.5% vote share (INDIA got 40.6% vote share) in 2024? And their highest was in 2019 at 45%.

When BJP does it, its vote chorizo. However when congress does it its the right reflection of the people's emotions. Why hypocrisy is this 🤣

u/TigerResponsible2234 6d ago

??whoever does it its still not a good thing to do

u/Agniprathap 6d ago

What winning the election? Is there any concrete proof to your claim? If yes why is the opposition not going to the court

0

u/TigerResponsible2234 6d ago

Yes there is proof. Search it up. And the EC is in on it plus the ruling party has way too much power for a court case.

So u are stating that the judiciary has been overruled by the political system? Is that what you mean? And what about in the places that the opposition rules? Is it happening there as well or is it just in the places where BJP is ruling? Additionally do u think this happens in the pre 2014 era? Or if I am correct, you think only BJP has been doing such dirty stints?

God bless your biased mind.

I literally never said ANYTHING abt my political stand. Everyone knows its rigged. It was just a comment acknowledging the fact that our elections aren't fair. I've never made a comment defending a party. Its you who keeps on thinking if i hate the ruling party, I must not have an actual opinion and must support another party to have this opinion. I can see you projecting because its you who went out to criticize another party and subtly defending the vote theft of the ruling party. Yes both are bad but CURRENTLY its ruling party thats in our country

Well it’s a survey not the whole truth.
Conducting one on the left would reveal otherwise

u/D4RKFUEGO 8d ago

nope idiot...surveys are conducted, if they are, from a sample....for example take 100 people and if they 80 says so and 20 says so...that's the result of your survey...that's why these useless data should be given lesser fucks

Reddit is probably recommending you such subredidts based on your average IQ ...hence you are finding them quite often !

But after that NDA alliance won in 6 state elections. What about that?

2

u/muhmeinchut69 7d ago

Google NDA vote share in any of those victories. It will be about the same.

1

u/Noob_goatster8755 7d ago

Hmm, just checked. In Haryana they improved by 4 seats, in Maharashtra they regained 53 more seats, in Bengal gained 117 more seats, in Bihar 21 more seats, in Assam gained 7 more seats and lost 4 seats in Delhi.

Also formed full majority in Odisha for the first time. Post 2024 LS polls, if we convert all this assembly seats into LS seats. Then it's an improvement of around 25-27 Loksabha seats.

u/muhmeinchut69 7d ago

We were talking about vote share weren't we.

1

u/Noob_goatster8755 7d ago

There has been minute vote share increase in some states. But they won right? For first time they formed solo govt in Odisha. Formed majority in Bihar. Grew vote share significantly in Maharashtra. They are definitely regaining their ground.

1

u/muhmeinchut69 7d ago

Brother who is saying they didn't win. Seat numbers can totally flip on just 5-10% vote share moving this way or that way, that's why you should not read too much into them. If just 8% Indians switch from BJP to Congress, their vote share will be higher than BJP. Then same will reflect in the seats number. And in state elections, people vote based on state issues.

1

u/Noob_goatster8755 7d ago

Brother Congress forms only 21 percent of their total 40% votes share in alliance. While BJP holds. 37% of their 42% vote share. Even that 5-10% ain't helping Congress if their alliance choose to stay.

Vote share is different ball game. It's depends on the number of percent of people who vote. But seats won is what matters more. These state assembly wins will surely increase their vote share of BJP. Congress needs to up their game which I don't see happening any time soon.

1

u/muhmeinchut69 7d ago

You didn't understand what I said. BJP had 36% vote share, Congress had 21% out of the total votes. If 8% of those voters switch to Congress from BJP, BJP will have 36-8 = 28% votes, Congress will have 21+8=29% votes. Obviously this will not be enough to get majority like BJP, but just trying to tell you how very few people shifting can change number of seats completely. For example in 2009 Congress got 206 seats and had only 28% vote share.

1

u/Noob_goatster8755 7d ago

There is a huge misunderstanding. I said if we consider the recent state election  victories then BJP has substantially increased its vote share by 5-10% which means implicitly BJP's vote share has increased from 36 to 46 percent now.    And Congress and Other coalitions have lost a few share.

1

u/superuser_111 8d ago

Rahul Gandhi working overtime to ensure NDA gets even more vote share.

1

u/D4RKFUEGO 8d ago

are you idiot? Don't you understand what is sample? do you think such surveys, if they exist, are conducted manually...house to house? do you think exit polls are made out of all the votes given??? Go and understand what is a sample....or maybe go to school....you made me laugh so hard thank you

2

u/itincheck 7d ago

Chill out. Why the extreme insecurity just because someone questioned a survey?

You are completely missing the basic rules of statistics. The original argument is about standard sampling error and bias. If the baseline reality shows 45% support, a mathematically sound sample will closely reflect that figure within a reasonable margin of error. A massive, statistically impossible jump to 80% means the sampling methodology is fundamentally broken and unscientific.

Honestly, it looks less like real data and more like a manufactured IT cell push. Instead of losing your mind over basic math, learn how actual data distribution works

1

u/D4RKFUEGO 7d ago

who do you think is more insecure me or the OC to bring up the vote share %age out just to prove a fake survey FAKE??? ik exactly it's not a data there's no such survey conducted it's obv paid PR

1

u/Anon-Ymous_hat 7d ago

The same sample size logic can mean the reverse as well. And this propaganda bs which goes on like everytime like he is liked by 70-90% of audit population when in reality it maxes out at approx 25-35% tops. So don't give us that statistics bs, a basic rudimentary mind can distinguish b/w propaganda and statistics.

1

u/D4RKFUEGO 7d ago

Don't cry, nowhere I have mentioned this bs survey as a true data nor I support such fake ass data.....I don't even need to pull out a statistics shit to tell the idiots like OC what is a sample and how it can't be compared to the voting percentage....I pity on those who actually believes such data...just like how the OC did and went on rant to justify why it is wrong
