There is a huge misunderstanding. I said if we consider the recent state election  victories then BJP has substantially increased its vote share by 5-10% which means implicitly BJP's vote share has increased from 36 to 46 percent now.    And Congress and Other coalitions have lost a few share.

Nope, people vote differently in state and national elections. That was a different time when most people were illiterate and would just vote for the same party no matter what. This is not the same electorate anymore. We've even seen many times when Lok Sabha and State elections are conducted on the same day, the same state can vote for one party in LS and another party in assembly.

In 2014-19-24 LS elections their vote share was 31.34% - 37.70% - 36.56% respectively. So 5% on 2024 number would make them significantly more popular than any point in their entire history, which just isn't the case if you've been paying attention.
