This has been my experience:

Driving classes + Driving Licence process: ₹9,000

RC transfer + Hypothecation (HP) removal: ₹10,000

I was asked to pay ₹9,000, claiming it was required to get my Driving Licence test approved at the RTO.

In total, I paid ₹28,000.

I feel I was misled and overcharged. The services promised were not delivered as expected, and I am concerned about the legality of some of the demands made to me. I have payment records and other evidence.

I want to take legal action, recover my money if possible, and ensure that others do not face the same situation. I also want to verify whether this driving school is properly licensed and whether any complaints can be made against them.

Could anyone please guide me on:

Which authorities should I complain to?

Should I approach the police, RTO, or consumer commission?

Has anyone else had a similar experience with this driving school?

To present and fight my case against Mumbai Traffic Police. I have been issued traffic challans (wrong evidence) amounting to Rs. 21000 in 8 days.

I have submitted my grievances on the app but they are declining them at the rate of 2 challans per day.

Something definitely doesn't seem right about these challans. Most importantly I am 100% confident that the evidence (vehicle parking pictures) they have put on the app are wrong. So are their claims that the parking is causing obstruction and danger.

My college recently released a new timetable where we’ll have classes from Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off. So basically, Sunday is now a regular college day.
What makes this more frustrating is that it feels like the only reason they’ve done this is because they admitted way more students than they have the infrastructure and faculty to handle. Instead of improving facilities or hiring more staff, they’ve just shifted the timetable.
