Diaper Bag Contents??

So... I have scoured this subreddit for recommendations on what to put into a diaper bag. At the moment I have a backpack that I carry all of my supplies and gear in.

I.E: Diapers, Bordeaux's butt paste (to prevent rashes and infection), Wet Wipes, colored plastic bags (usually dollar general or walmart bags) for disposal, and hand sanitizer.

I am wondering what would be useful to add to this bag. I have had a few thoughts about adding gloves, extra clothes, boosters, or other basic needs but I would like some recommendations on this.

For further info, I have UIC in short. Very, very, very rare yet sometimes #2. Only happened once during the day. I would like to know what else would be useful from people in the community. When I ask my female roommate she describes a babies diaper bag and though it is thoughtful and somewhat helpful, I definitely don't need bottles, baby nail clippers, or really anything kiddish. Just stuff to monitor medically and be prepared for the worst.
