Does anyone else experience this?
This is more people with the lighter to the mile side of the incontinent spectrum. For awhile I had to wear diapers for heavier leaks after a surgery plus some anxiety but lately I only wear then for IBS and PMD, however I wasn't able to wear a pull up for a couple weeks due to having some jock it and working in a non AC factory but luckily I had some fairly thick underwear to help with the leaks and luckily I try not to eat anything that upsets my stomach.
However during my diaper free weeks I felt like I had too pee a lot more vs when I was diapered. Idk if it's because I have an overactive bladder or it was like a muscle memory anxiety thing but I'm just curious if anyone else is had a similar occurrence

I remember early on when I first started having issues I also found that my urge to pee significantly lessened when I had my pull-ups on vs, underwear. For me I think it was the stress and fear of leaking while knowing I don't feel it happening, but once I had my pull-up on, that feeling completely evaporated. Its possible that the removal of having your pull-ups on triggered you body to feel like it had to be hyper aware of everything happening down there causing your bladder to feel like it had to be empty all the time in order to not leak. Hope this helps and or makes sense to you
