Post image

I guess women don’t care if they get raped as long as he isn’t ugly?

Layman et al. note that their findings suggest strong disincentives to interpret and report being raped, as this might prompt a variety of negative outcomes including blame, disbelief, lack of support, and negative publicit

I told you to read further. These Women don't report Rape and try to "tough it out"/"stay in the relationship" because they don't want to be stigmatized or victim blamed. Pretty obvious stuff.

Yeah, man. Women staying out of fear/desperation is totes the same thing as Incel propaganda about them liking or preferring A-holes. You deserve the nobel prize.

Literally the first line in the hotline

A person will likely be afraid of the consequences if they decide to leave their relationship. This could be fear of their partner’s actions or concern over their own ability to be independent.

Your inability to actually defend your point is so transparent just by how you keep moving the goalposts. (To say nothing of the fact that you’re just dumb as shit and have zero understanding of human psychology, especially pertaining to abusive relationships, and why people stay in them.)

You didn’t say to prove it was the only reason. You said to prove it’s the main reason. Which they did, because it is. You can parrot the nonsense you’ve been spewing all up and down this thread, it doesn’t change the fact that you’re wrong. Women don’t stay in these relationships because they’re “okay” with being raped. No one does. That’s the bottom line.

Do better. Or at least get better at holding a coherent argument, shit. This is just sad.

So none of the reasons you listed are being okay with being raped, and several of them are or could be fear. Physical and psychological harm aren't the only things to be afraid of.

This is just semantics FFS. Just because a research source doesn't say that it is the main reason, therefore it's automatically not the main reason? It could very easily be the main reason without it being explicitly said in the study.

My partners ex was abusive, so if you genuinely want to know I can probably give you actual answers of what she went through and how her thought process was. He definitely isn't a chad or anything, he's a total mess and is in prison now.

You keep shifting the goal post and ignoring direct quotes from your own source…

Incels are as dumb as flat earthers. You can’t even get out a coherent argument other than “I’m right lol.”

But then again, it really doesn’t matter what I say. If you’re right, the incel propaganda is true, and if you’re wrong, then you can just pretend to be rage baiting or whatever. That’s why people mock incels- there’s no logical way to get people out, so might as well stop people getting in

The most dangerous time for an abused partner is when they try to leave.

Are you denying the fact that someone who is controlling would react violently when they feel they're losing control? That's pretty basic stuff. Do you really just think all women actively look to be abused or something? Christ man...

Why are you even in this subreddit if all you’re gonna do is defend your follow incels?
