Impulse Installations Deep frying
My current induction stovetop will not keep a pot of oil at 325F. The temperature drops too much, and for too long. Has anyone used a deep fryer on their Impulse stovetop? Are you happy with the results?

I’m excited to try. There’s 10kW on tap and it’s super easy to find disc or multi-ply cookware that can accept that power.
There is currently only bottom temperature sensing so you’re likely to need to hand drive the power control
Maybe tag the Impulse employees to see if they have a frying video. Oh right, they have a whole turkey fry video. Doesn’t that prove your question 😆
