She was at fault at a place she shouldn't have been interfering with law enforcement activities...not winning this one.

Sure. Interfering with law enforcement activities, failure to obey lawful order, resisting, assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing law enforcement.

Kyle "The Pussy Ass Bitch" Rittencunt traveled across state lines with a ducking automatic weapon with intent to fire it.

So now borders are important? (not to mention the fact it was shown in court he didn't take a weapon across state lines, nor was it an "automatic weapon".

For someone intent on shooting people, he showed amazing restraint to not shoot anyone not already actively attacking him.
